The company wont let you cancel

The company wont let you cancel, they throw all kinds of things at you to cancel to try and force renewals. Recommend not using these for this reason. I have called 3 times and emailed several times, And guess what the person who deals with cancellation is never ever working or available. This part of their operations is a scam.

The exact same thing has happened to me as below, said they cancelled, 30 day notice period finished and they charged me again!

Good know even in these times crooks like this still want to take your money..

Wish I didn't have to put 1 star.

Be aware of the free trial small print

Be aware that this company doesn't offer an easy way to cancel the subscription, and will try to tie you in to a second payment if you decide this isn't for you. Very unhelpful customer service as well.

I took them to court and won after they overcharged me.

I paid £1 for the trial period. I then cancelled a week later realising it wasn't for me. I thought this was the end of it. But a month later they billed me an additional £12.99 and refused to refund me. There is no trial period, this is totally misleading. In the end I took them to the small claims court and they then paid me £13.99 plus £25 court costs because what they were doing was illegal. They are in fact required to make a full refund within 14 days as per the distance selling rules which they didn't do. I can back this up with a copy of the email correspondence and the county court claim admitting liability.

This company is absolute rubbish

This company is absolute rubbish, letters get sent to them but they don't send it to me. When I contacted them I was told they had issues with Royal Mail, they caused me to receive a fine from council for not responding to a letter that was sent to me for my business. My magazine subscription for 7 months was not sent to me and I confirmed that 7 issues have been sent. Please avoid this company at all cost, they take your money but don't send you your mails. I introduced them to a colleague and they did the same thing to him.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I've been using their London address to receive my post for a few months now and my experience has been great. They forward my post on to me and that's worked without any issues. I got my first month for £1 when all the other companies I looked at wanted large upfront payments.
