Safe but customer service could be better.
I have used it for many years now, pretty safe. What is not so good is customer service, and if you use the boxes, it can be problematic to open boxes with the app. Not sure if the bluethoot is the problem or what it is.

I paid 250 nok to have the delivery to…
I paid 250 nok to have the delivery to my home. I had to stay locked in my apartment for two days because it wasn't clear when the delivery would come, and no time provided (only a huge range from 8 am to 22 pm). I stayed in my house all that time for nothing, all I got was a missed call for 5 seconds, and then the package got sent to a supermarket. I tried to call back and they never replied. I had then to ask a coworker to drive me there and to my place, because if I could have picked it up, I wouldn't have paid extra and wasted two days waiting locked up in my house.
