Website search function
Website search function, Communication and service good , would have been a 5 but due to an error probably on my part but as aresult of a lack of clarity in order process i made an incorrect selection. I made a call withing minuites of placing the order but to late to stop it been dispatched . Customer service person said they would divert it but it still arived. You have with no grumble now sorted a returns label but i have to go through the trip to post office and cost of a return :(

Just what I needed at a very reasonable price

Return process is very slow and hard
My son ordered a chair from Posturite and when we received it the chair had been used and all the wheels were scuffed. The box had been clearly opened and resealed. It is now nearly two weeks and I am still waiting for the chair to be picked up. I have received emails and they have accepted the return but no courier has been in touch .
I am getting really frustrated and annoyed. No return of a faulty item should take this long . I tried ringing again this morning, no answer, my email of yesterday has not been answered.
I would not recommend this company after my experience, and will never use again.

Was called twice on the day prior to delivery to confirm arrival time and access. Driver constructed the chair and then gave familiarisation in all its workings and adjustments, very chearful and professional driver.
