Customer service is a joke!!!
Have been back and fourth with customer service for weeks trying to return the drone, would not connect from the controller to device. It has taken weeks to get customer service to provide information to return and now they are asking for more info from me to process refund… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I'd like to thank Potensic for quickly resolving the technical issue. I couldn't connect the remote to my phone. After contacting Potensic and explaining the problem, it turned out to be the OTG cable. After reviewing my order, they quickly sent me a new OTG cable, and everything works. Potensic has proven to me that distance doesn't matter to them. I recommend it and best regards from Poland.

The Atom 2 is a very good drone and work for nearly every application we need.
There is one minor detail if fixed would make this a great drone... give us the option to program the C1 or C2 buttons to start/stop the video or take a photo?!
Looked extensively at all controls and there is just not this simple option... please fix this piece?

My second Potensic drone, an upgrade from the original Atom. A superb sub 250g drone with many features and a great camera. It’s used mainly for travel video and photography. Well worth the investment

Fast shipping and the Atom2 is a great platform. While it lacks 360 obstical detection, everything else about the Atom 2 is really well done. It flies great. Has good range. The remote works and feels great in the hand.

Prior DJI owner . . . now a Potensic fan
Great Product...I used to have a DJI Phantom 3 many years ago. Now getting back into the drone hobby, I decided to try Potensic based on reviews and the fact that DJI is under the microscope with the US Government, I chose this brand. The quality is as good.

Overall great value and quality
For the money this drone with fly more kit is well worth it. Picture quality on the camera is great! The remote is well designed and I love how it mounts the phone in the middle. Beginner or not, it’s a great drone and an awesome value.
