Shipped a defective product .having problems getting refund

I have yet to receive my drone........it seems lost in transit. And there is no resolution from either your company or the shipping co.

Completely enjoy the Atom SE, it's a blast to fly, I'm still a total beginner, and learning every single time I fly, like finding a place where I can see the instructions on the controller without the sun glare on my phone screen, the drone does totally amazing things

Very nice drone I fell in love with this piece.. and all the features it has just incredible unorthodox with so many features to use.. I will be glad when they make longer batteries.. two is good to kill time three batteries is okay for an hour and some change.. but consider with improving battery life I will most definitely buy a newer version of the drone thank you very much potensic!

I own the OG Atom great drone still fly no issues ever with this one, then Atom2 excellent had a couple little concerns, support team was excellent to deal with and sorted it out promptly. Atom2 is responsive and easy to fly great price, I highly recommend this one no disappointments.

This drone is awesome from beginners to experienced! Great features and responds accurately. Only thing I would say to improve on is obstacle avoidance.

When it's start not staying in one position drift apart and gps is not proper

After connecting my brand new phone to the controller I was unable to access any settings (even though I could still fly the drone!). Tried another phone, with the same results. I contacted Potensic Support and they were terrific - understanding and patient, and after viewing the video they had requested they solved the problem straight away. Great service from a fantastic support team. Thanks!

We have owned this drone now for a year, I own 2 other drones (DJI) This drone comes everywhere with us, The size and weight is a big bonus, the quality of the camera/gimbal is excellent. Both my boys enjoy flying the drone, it is a pleasure to fly. The controls, camera, video and use of the Potensic app are all very straight forward. This is a very resilient drone that deals with the wind well and gives around 30 minutes flight with one battery. Customer service are very helpful!

Nice drone and very easy to fly. Picture quality is good. Like the the home landing feature. Not bad price for a refurbished model. Also this is my first drone.

The drone I bought, (Atom LT) didn't come with the cord I needed so I had to pay extra for one. The video it takes side-to-side goes crooked because it doesn't have a 3-way gimbal like the 1 & 2 do. Otherwise, I do love the quality of videos and pictures I do get. And when the battery goes down it really does return to where it took off. Its battery lasts for a long time and the app actually works in my phone (unlike DJI).

I like Potensic Drones. Taking photos and videos are awesome. Price is almost half of the price of leading brands. Easy to learn to fly a drone even for beginner like me.

Great price due to release of Atom 2. I love this drone, it is a breeze to fly. It is definitely worth the price.

I recently purchased the atom LT. Let me first say that this drone is a huge step up from the usual budget drones. To compare, I’ve never had a DJI before, so I can’t speak for their quality, but for the money, you cannot beat Potensic. First flight out was fantastic, it went almost a mile away before I got nervous myself and turned it around. Battery life is also very good. I will continue to enjoy it and hope for no issues. So far, so good. I did reach out to the company regarding accessories and what was included. They are very responsive. I have no doubt that if something went wrong, they would be very responsive and would make it right. I’m looking forward to continued flights with this product.

Finding what I was looking for on the website and check out was very simple. Potensic has some very awesome drones that can complete with the best of them. I am now a Potensic customer for life. I just wish they had a large size drone not just sub 250g.
