Minor crash from a gust of wind while landing and the SD card release has jammed, forcing the SD card to be pulled out by tweezers, presumably now until eternity. I would have expected sturdier construction of this important operable part. Really disappointed.

So far the drone has been great and easy to use. The buying experience was also great and I was well informed on the shipping progress throughout the purchase process.

The purchase was a straight forward internet purchase. I never heard of Potensic but saw one fly and loved it. It's a drone even I can fly, sometimes not so good. (my fault, not the drone)

When it comes to customer service nowadays you wonder if some companies even care to keep their customers coming back. Well these guys know the value of repeat customers and they treat their customers with respect and really try to keep them happy.

I had an issue with the drone that was sent to me for a Christmas gift. I emailed them and received a quick response and a resolution that made me very happy.

Although the drone was covered by one year warranty and I had the drone for only three months. The drone would not fly. After providing all the flight logs, they did NOT want to replace it. Instead I had to purchase another one. I don’t recommend buying from potensic.

Bought the atom fly more pack 370$. Tried to buy faster shipping right after purchase, nothing tried to cancel my order, nothing. Mind you I’ve already bought the drone off Amazon the next day, an it arrived the same day. They yet to get back to me until my 2nd drone was about to arrive they told me to return to sender.. that was 2 weeks ago, I’ve yet to see any true customer service, instead they’ll accuse you of keeping the drone because one’s connected to a email but as I’ve stated multiple time too them I had bought one after they took forever for them to reply an ship my order.
If you’re in the market for a drone I DO NOT RECOMMEND Potensic.
Their gear is faulty.
Spent the extra money an go with DJI
because how I was treated an the customer service was terrible.

It is a very good product, well made, I racomand Potensic 3 axis for better stabilization.
Perfect drone for someone that want to start.

I purchased a Potensic Atom in February 2024 after doing quite a bit of research. I thought the drone compared well with the comparable dji mini drones at a better price (I purchased a fly-more package on discount). I just wanted to get my feet wet with the world of camera drones and see if it was something I would actually use, so it was the right choice for me.

I enjoyed the drone for about 9 months and was impressed with its capabilities. The video stabilization is very good, and the camera performs well, although it does suffer quite a bit in low light. The controller range is sufficient to reach out to the point where you will need to turn around due to battery, which is maybe 2-3 miles away.

Unfortunately, about 9 months after my purchase, I was flying the drone over a large body of water when an issue occurred with the battery, and the drone lost power, crashing into the water. Obviously this was disappointing and frustrating, but I decided to contact Potensic support to see if they would help me out. They requested the flight log, which is transmitted from the drone back to your phone every time you fly, so they could review what happened. About a day after sending the log to them, they said they had reviewed it and determined the crash was due to an unexpected issue with the battery. They offered to send me a replacement drone and battery as a result. I think it says a lot that they both have a system in place to investigate issues like these and that they took the issue seriously, quickly offering a resolution.

This is the only issue I've had with the drone, and while it was a major one, I was impressed with Potensic taking responsibility and offering to make things right. Looking forward to much more enjoyment from this wonderful little drone!

I was gifted this drone in May and I must say it looked FAB and the reviews were very supportive of the fact that this drone is a good buy and well made. in a nutshell the drone has not lived up to expectation, mostly not returning back and me having find it. I think somebody else left a review of the exact same problem. I don't fly the drone too high or far (150m out max and not too high) as it's not filled me with much confidence with the anxiety of getting lost. The batteries are always fully charged and I only fly for less than 15 minutes no more. I was looking forward to taking it away with me on holiday and that's not going to happen now as few days ago the drone lost signal AGAIN when up in the air as it normally does (not responding to commands) and failed to return back to me. The drone is now lost. I'm sure that the reviews, youtube videos are genuine and that I probably had a faulty unit.
It's frustrating because now I have to replace the costly unit which was supposed to be a gift.

This drone exceeded expectations! Everything works perfectly, and the quality is excellent. The setup process was quick and straightforward, making it beginner-friendly. Additionally, the customer service was responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. Highly recommended!
