Can't leave 0 stars. Lost nearly 2k to this sham company. The website is now down and I imagine the company is going in to liquidation after taking our money.

Power direct not to be confused with appliances direct as these are a trusted company I've just bought a fridge freezer from.

Do not order anything from power direct. Ordered a fridge freezer 26th January 2021, waited the 7 -14 working days for delivery. No email and no fridge freezer. Have emailed many times with no response. When called number just get recorded message, which I understand during covid but still have had no response. Going to some how get my money back.

Ordered a washer dryer £630 jan 31st heard nothing ! emailed them 4 times generic answer . Do not buy from this company. Bank has refunded us

Total scam, what a disaster!
I stupidly didn't read reviews before ordering a washing machine from this company and now several weeks later we've had no dispatch notice and cannot get hold of the company to find out what happened with our order.
The phone line directs you to email and the email just sends an automated response.
We have a baby on the way so getting desperate for washing machine so have now had to order another one from a different (trusted) company.
We will continue to pursue refund but looks like the website is no longer live and they've done an exit scam. Can only imagine how many thousands of pounds they have run away with.
Feel like such an idiot and broke now after paying for two washing machines.

Ordered a dishwasher online 15th feb. Since then not had any notification of delivery or delays or a refund. Can’t get through on phone and not getting any reply to emails. All comments on their Instagram is people being scammed. Contacted bank and logged fraud payment. Hopefully I’ll get my £250 back from them. Gutted as I’m pregnant and been out of work for 12 months due to pandemics this has really set me back.

Scammed me for £500 for a new cooker which of course has not been delivered, nor have there been any replies to my emails. I have now reported to action fraud, trading standards and have opened a charge back with my credit card company. If you have been scammed by these crooks report to everyone including local and national media to make their names toxic. Their company details are listed under power ec ltd. (powerdirect is a false name) their company reg number is 03931017.

Bought a dishwasher from them, only received an automated email. No customer phone support because of covid......took £419 from me and never delivered the item or offered a refund. I looked for their website today and there is a 'host error...' nothing there - they has simply disappeared! Shame on them! Crooks!

I ordered goods totalling £358 on 21st February. Paid as instructed. Then no response to emails. Total scam. I see website gone now. I must always read reviews first in future.

I ordered & paid for a tumble dryer on the 1st of February, after several emails sent to them regarding an update on my order, 5 weeks later I ended up going straight to my bank & made a dispute, the money was put back in my bank within the hour.
Thank you so much for BARCLAYS efficiency.

Please do not buy!!!!. Bought a Bosch Freezer and still nothing yet!!!
The website is actually gone down now thankfully people will not be scammed again. I find it hard to believe this can still happen considering the economic situation, heartless people can still scam us of our hard earned money!!!!!
I just hope I and everyone else can get our money back.

believe the reviews that it is a scam because I ordered 2 months ago and nothing. Says to email , can’t get through on the phone and not one email answered of many. Now reporting to all places possible - £450 down!!!!!! Very angry
