This is an absolute scam. Still no contact from them. Avoid this company at all costs. Seems like their website has been taken out, at least no one else can be scammed!
**UPDATE** Now the website states "we'll be back soon with a new website" How can this be allowed!!

Taken out money and then nothing! No delivery. No customer service except for an automated voice mail and email. Don't go near them!

Not happy at all,ordered a cooker in the sale,2nd of feb,no replys nothing,im planning on driving up there to find out whats going on and i will be contacting trading standards,and any ine else that i can,truely dissappointed...

They took the money for our fridge/freezer a month ago and they are ignoring calls and emails. No goods have been received.

I ordered a fire from them which never arrived. No one is manning the phone and you are advised to email them. I have emailed 3 times and never received any response from them other than automated reply. Shocking customer service.

Dont bother. I ordered, never recieved it. Cant get through on phone, dont answer my emails. I sent them 1 last email telling them I know they are scammers and if i dont recieve the goods or the full amount back in my bank within 2 days, the police will be called. As if by magic, the money was put straight back into my account within 3 days so it seems if tou theeaten them with police, they react. Should not be allowed.

Claim your money back now!

Report to trading standards as they need to be taken down.

Took payment but have not heard anything more from them - emailed weekly with no reply - claim their staff do not have access to ‘phones - I have claimed my money back from my card company which seems to be most people’s course of action- probably easier just not to buy from this company in the first place!
Gave ‘one star’ as not possible to give ‘zero’
UPDATE - received refund so I consider the matter settled!
Their website is no longer working so at least no one else will be able to order anything from them (for now)

AVOID THIS COMPANY....Took money immediately, no product, phone lines not working and do not reply to emails despite numerous attempts, basically stolen our money! Have raised this as a credit card visa dispute for anyone else in the same boat and you may be able to get your money back this.

Awful company, take your money and do not deliver the purchase product. It has been 7 weeks now with no freezer and they will not take phone calls or answer emails. Terrible fraudulent retailer, stolen my money, not delivered the product or returned the £££. Totally ignoring me. despite numerous efforts to contact them.

DO NOT USE Money taken no email response or phone service dodgy answer message using pandemic as excuse. Emporers new clothes scam, reported as a crime, chargeback was only recourse for a fridge freezer I ordered.

I would have given no stars if possible.

Absolute SCAM. I ordered an oven from this company. 4 weeks on, no delivery, no product. Their phone line is unmanned, they don’t reply to emails. I’ve now taken this up with my banking and hoping I will be able to get my money back.

Has anyone received either their goods ordered and paid for. OR the refund within 14 days as per their website?

Bought a tumble dryer from these charlatans and despite numerous e-mails to chase I have received nothing other than the original order acknowledgment. I would steer clear of this company, the website now seems to be down and I suspect that they have now gone out of business. I'm getting a refund as I bought using a Credit card. grateful of that at least.

Ordered and paid for a new Dishwasher on January 25th 2021. To date have not received any direct replies to the Emails I have sent. I have now contacted my Credit card provider to investigate, and arrange for a refund of £321.98 owed to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They take your money and do not send goods. They do not reply to emails or calls. Bought goods at the start of February with a 3-5 day delivery and nothing and ignoring all emails.
