11 years life from my UPS and some of the best phone support I've ever received.

Got 11 yrs out of my Powershield Commander UPS (PSCR700). I'm 43, work in the IT industry but even as a home-office user I just had one of the best support phone calls I've ever had. At 6pm Sydney time I called the support number that was on a sticker on the ups and fully expected a recorded message or jump through hoops number selection before being transferred offshore but instead I got through to Mark in Perth within seconds. He was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. A breath of fresh air in the technical support game.
For this alone I'm not going to look at other brands. It's good to know I can get this kind reliability and longevity from a device and that level of support from an Aussie brand.
