I've purchased 2 watches and 2 diamond rings from Pragnell, Mayfair. The store is beautiful and Emma B has been a delight to deal with over a number of years. When making such extravagant purchases, especially diamonds, you need to trust your jeweller 100% and that is certainly the case with Pragnell.

Bought watch from Pragnell, service throughout was first class and product was of highest quality along with even the packaging it came in, a great service and company whom I would highly recommend to others and would definitely use in the future, quality and first class service throughout

I am delighted with the purchase of my new watch. I called in advance and spoke with Dermot. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He sourced me the watch I was after and reserved it for my collection. I visited Pragnell to collect my new watch and Dermot was once again a pleasure to deal with. His colleague Josh was also extremely helpful adjusting the watch until it fitted me perfectly.

Having used other Jewellers in the past, the service given by Dermot and Josh at Pragnell was well above what I have received in the past. I will be returning to them for all future purchases. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at Pragnell 43. Marc was incredibly helpful and responsive over email ahead of my visit to the showroom and this service followed through when I eventually made it to the store. He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his craft. A wonderful experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marc specifically and Pragnell generally!

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Leona,Andrea and the rest of their colleagues in Stratford upon Avon for making my visit to the shop to pick up my beautiful Submariner date a very memorable experience .The excitement of receiving an e mail and phone call to tell me my wait for the watch was over was fantastic!!
The whole moment of sitting down with a glass of champagne to see the watch being un boxed , hearing the history of the submariner and having the bracelet fitted to my wrist was all i had hoped it would be and more !!

Very well looked after by Marc at Pragnell 43. Took the time to show me a variety of watches without pressure just advice. Would recommend.

Overpriced items and bad client experience even though director James who put me in dark spot when he said he will give me refund wasted entire 3 weeks and after all no refund they forced me to get credit note and exchange only. My item was in original condition how I purchased it.

I had the good fortune of getting my first Rolex from Pragnell with Vicky. Vicky is a real asset to your company and I have received the best customer service from Vicky and your store.
I have been treated like a loyal returning customer even though I was a new customer. All my questions were answered and in a very warm manner. And Vicky made sure that the moment of getting my first Rolex was memorable and special.
The horror stories you hear about Rolex do not exist with Pragnell. You will get the best customer service possible.
And the showroom is beautiful

This is the second time I have purchased from Pagnell's No.43. The team is so helpful, the service is awesome, and the watches on offer are amazing.

To be honest, I am just proud of myself for only buying the one watch, which is much easier said than done!

This transaction was conducted by phone/Whats app and Marc was most helpful in providing extra photos and information. My delivery request was not entirely straightforward but was well managed and Marc and the company were a pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional service provided from start to finish in the purchase process. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Pragnell and we have very much enjoyed our visits to the showroom to review potential purchase and then complete. Everyone we have engaged with from the point of entering the premises to leaving has been helpful and taken time to ensure we have been well looked after.

My wife and I visited the Leicester boutique recently. Entry to the showroom was via a security door which was reassuring but discreet. We received a very warm welcome and were offered refreshments. At no time, did we feel rushed or hurried.

Our appointment was with Barbara who gave us an insight into the history of the company, whilst proudly showing us the jewellery workshop and giving us a tour of the recently refurbished showroom, which was exquisite. The jewellery on display was magnificent.

The main reason for our visit was to look at some watches. We both tried on some beautiful timepieces and Barbara’s knowledge of the manufacture was exceptional. She was very professional and patient when explaining the intricacies of each watch. It’s wonderful to see someone that is clearly passionate about their profession and has an appreciation of working with beautiful things.

The attentiveness of the team and the attention to detail present throughout the boutique, is certainly the best I have experienced.

In summary, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Well I gave them another chance. They still highly trained arrogant individuals. Now that Rolex are not such a strong brand I thought they may have been a bit more human. The salesman asked about past and future purchases to secure a slot in the waiting list. Who does he think he is. Answer a lowly paid salesman who thinks he is special. Well no actually ,!! It's quite pathetic and laughable. I will go to a proper retailer who looks after their customers. Don't use pragnalls.

Lovely experience with pragnells. John was so helpful and knowledgeable, not just about the watch I was purchasing but about the buildings history too. This was so interesting.
All of the staff said hello and made me feel welcome. They really work as a team helping each other. One fitted my watch bracelet to the perfect size whilst another got a bag and box. It was really nice as it meant John and myself were able to chat through the whole transaction.

I’ve just purchased a Cartier timepiece online with Pragnell first of all I had a great conversation with Marc Gillings who gave me a lot of information about the whole process.very professional phone call and very knowledgeable which made me at ease kept in contact every time I had a question about the delivery ect credit to the company.

Absolutely first class service from Andrew at Pragnell's in Stratford. On my first visit to view some watches I was supplied with a coffee while Andrew showed me two different Rolex watches I had expressed an interest in (An Explorer 40 and an Air King). Like many Rolex watches at the moment these two watches were not available from stock and I therefore had to "Register an Interest" with an expectation of a several month wait. Imagine my delight when just over a week later Andrew called me to say my preferred choice (The Air King) was available for me to collect. On collection Andrew demonstrated the watch thoroughly, and humoured me while I also tried on a Rolex Submariner, GMT-Master and various Tudors !! Big shout out both to Andrew and the other members of staff who patiently fetched various watches for me to try on during this visit.

I am now not only the proud owner of my first Rolex, but I intend to be a regular Pragnell's customer having now registered interest in the Submariner and also having my eye on a Tudor or two!

The level of service was exceptional and made the purchase of my first Rolex very special - thanks everyone !

Went into pragnells and made a purchase Marc and his glamorous assistant were very professional and looked after me and my wife. My transaction was seamless from start to finish and absolutely love it as always wanted one and now I do. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and upgrade if necessary or recommend them to a friend or family

I contacted Pragnell online with an enquiry about a particular watch.
I was prompty contacted by Marc from Stratford. Unfortunately the watch in question had already been sold.
Marc informed me that a similar watch would soon be available and an appointment was made to view the watch.
Marc was very knowledgeable and professional and I enjoyed the whole experience from the viewing to the purchase of the watch.

Dealing with Pragnell was like stepping back in time in a really good way. Service really still counts with them. Attentive and polite, with no hard selling efforts or pushy sales people. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Bilbrough ( helped by Gabby) who made our visit for a 20th Wedding anniversary gift very special. Pragnell have the amazing location, stunning shop but most important of all - good people. They have combined the modern approach ( clever website with online viewings of pieces) with traditional values ( welcoming shop with a genuinely nice team) perfectly. We would highly recommended Pragnell and thank you in particular to Emma.
