Back in 2019 I needed help on Taxes PTX has been there for me in every step of this process.

This has been a long road for my husband and I. From the beginning and end of that road, is a phenomenal individual named Tracy! She is very knowledgeable, welcoming and sincere. She often puts herself in the client's financial shoes and then creates a payment plan that is stress free, and attainable. She speaks to the clients in a caring manner. Where can I start? Letters arrived from the IRS stating we owed nearly 29k in back taxes, penalties, and fees this past October. I was beside myself on what to do and who to turn to. Well, after a bit of research Precision Tax was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call, and was I thankful! Not only did they put my fears at ease they went right to work for us that very day! Just in a few days they had already responded to the IRS and took care of my situation quickly! After a few months of back and forth I got a letter from the IRS on Christmas Eve stating the misunderstanding and had my settlement dropped to around 5k! Talk about a Christmas present! I paid the settlement a few days later and we are now in the clear with our tax situation! I cannot thank Precision Tax enough for their hard work and dedication to our case! Without them I am not sure what we would have done! If you have a tax problem do yourself a favor and call them, you wont be sorry you did!

Our Precision Tax bookkeeper is just an email or phone call away when we have questions or need help with our financial records. Today a question came up with regards to connecting Quickbooks to a particular app and received an answer over the phone that was thorough, fast and resolved the problem. It is very reassuring to have their support and bookkeeping expertise when we need it, and in a timely manner!

Very glad we called Precision Tax Relief. We worked with Trung Nguyen. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Helped get to the root of our tax issue with a clear, helpful response and plan. He also helped us reach the IRS in just a few minutes when in the past we've had to wait up to one hour or not gotten through at all. We are very appreciative of his help and were able to successfully handle our issue with IRS quickly. I would recommend this business. Because of this experience, we are considering using them for completion of our regular tax return.
