Precision tax in Westland is by far the best tax company we have ever used. Tim and his team are by far the best for any tax questions you have and are very professional.

Our tax debt was the result of a huge mistake in judgment, and there was no way we could come close to settling it, as the IRS demanded. We contacted Precision Tax for help, and Jessica Smith was assigned to our case. Jessica was most pleasant, professional, non-judgmental, and incredibly patient.

Negotiation with the IRS was not easy. There were many frustrating and, frankly, ridiculous IRS requests along the way. But Jessica persevered through every challenge. In the end, she was able to secure a very reasonable payment agreement. We truly did not think that was possible.

Contact with Jessica was via telephone and email, never in person. Never-the-less, we developed a kind of personal relationship, and dealing with her was a breadth of fresh air during a very troubling time. We are extremely grateful for Jessica’s dedication and professionalism, and we would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with tax debt.

Its frightening to be in a position where you can lose your home over a simple thing like no one telling you you couldn't use your retirement to buy a house because of the extreme interest rate.
