So, I used this company for 6 months. It wasn't plain sailing. Didn't turn up once because they thought I'd cancelled, they did say they'd do the next clean for free because of the mix up - but did still invoice me and I had to remind them. They also offered a discount clean for leaving a review, so I did, but they still invoiced me the full amount. They just seemed quite disorganised from an admin point of view.
Regarding the actual cleans, they were very rushed. I was nearly always in when they came and from pulling up outside my house to driving off it was a maximum of 7 minutes. That does not seem long enough to clean a 3 bedroom semi. The website states it takes 30 minutes to an hour.
Because of the lack of time spent the cleans weren't that good, specifically the sills that were left with orange/brown stains on them. I have since cancelled the service.

I booked the service and they called within 3 days. Cleaning was good standard and prices are very reasonable. Communication is very efficient with both text and email.

Lack of service however as time went on they become worse!
They hardly clean your window let alone your frames!
I cancel them after making my complaint to them, they then said let us make it right and clean your windows for free on the next round and see how you feel.
So i did, give them a chance!
The second time i complaint again with the same issue, windows not clean, brush barely touching your window, just sprays of water all done in less then 5mins! not even cleaning the frames, that’s still got orange grains marks! I can just do the frames downstairs with my bare hands the old fashion way. Which i shouldn’t have to if your paying for a a service that provides
“ Hot purified water, to clean windows and frames”
And they was chasing me
for a billing when they never cleaned my window on one of the days, since i knew this as i was recuperating in my lounge on a hospital bed, and no windows cleaner came on the said day, and tbey had the audacity to keep charging me, they since then waive this when i complaint the second time.

Although in Second complaint, i told them i no longer required their service yet again! And that they take this complaint as my termination from yourself. 12/03/2026
Yet today 01/04/2026 you turned up to and cleaned my windows!! again not
even touching my window just spraying! And yet you are
charging me, when i have told you in my email i have terminated your service
from my property.
I am not even giving you any chances… when your harassing me for another chance not once but twice.
I don’t take too kindly when a customer is not being heard or
listened to the first time, but to have to do this again the Third time, LEAVE MY PROPERTY ALONE, we no longer require your service. (or lack of service)

Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience.
My son’s bedroom window was egged in November. Since then, this company has attended on four separate occasions (three regular cleans and one re-clean following a complaint), and the egg residue is still clearly visible.
I contacted the company multiple times to raise this issue and was initially ignored. When I finally received a response, a re-clean was arranged — however, even after this additional visit, the problem remains unresolved.
I was also home during one of the cleans and the work carried out took around five minutes in total, with very little actual cleaning done. The windows were briefly brushed and rinsed, leaving visible dirt and marks behind.
I have continued to pay for a service that has not been delivered to a reasonable standard, and even after giving multiple opportunities to put things right, the issue has still not been resolved.
I would not recommend.

Fab company. Very professional with excellent communication. Came when they said they would, explained the process and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from Preen and Clean. From the first time contacting them to them coming to do the first clean I was kept informed of when they would be coming and received email to confirm how to pay. The guy who came out was friendly and explained everything clearly too. Highly recommend.

The service was very professional, Daren, pointed out things about our windows and if we were not satisfied he would call back and rectify them. I have no problems with the service.

Had my first clean recently, very happy was told there maybe some streaks with it being my first clean, but hardly noticed any, very professional and poilite even closed the front gate upon leaving would recommend

Gentleman came to clean our windows a week ago,he was very polite and professional and got straight on with it,windows were slightly streaky but they said this could happen after first clean, they still looked much better than they had,all in all very happy 😊 easy to pay by bank transfer too

Great concept, lovely chap that came, if they could sort pricing, they could only do the door of my conservatory as its awkward to get to but only took £1 off my bill! So in theory my conservatory would only of cost £1 to clean!? Bit silly really... so we cancelled the monthly cleans

Fantastic service, best window clean ever, got marks off the windows that the previous company couldn't remove, highly recommend this firm.

Used Preen n Clean for the first time today. Nice guy very friendly and explained everything. Very happy with the clean. Windows and frames looking good. Will definitely use again .

They were decent for a few months but recently have been poor. So many round changes meaning they'd come early and I'd have to pay more, then recently I've had my windows "cleaned" twice but visible bird poo hasn't been cleaned and on the last reclean they didn't even touch the windows on one side of my house which happened to be the dirty windows they were meant to be recleaning. Upon contacting customer Service all I got was a "we came at this time on our tracker, thanks bye" not even a sorry or a let's see how we can help. Then when I tried to cancel they didn't even ask what had happened to investigate or make it right they once again were like "cancelled, thanks bye" Such poor

First clean completed by Preen and Clean. Very impressed by the work carried out, especially the hard to reach windows that are now so clean.

Very happy with the cleaning of our windows, first time using a cleaning company.
As I normally do them myself but can no longer use ladders(old age).
Would highly recommend preen and clean.
