I have used Premier Ink for years and have never had cause to be anything other than a very satisfied customer. Competitive prices, a vast range and quick delivery. What's not to like? I do recommend this company to family, friends and sundry persons who ask my advice for these particular goods.

Ordered ink Friday afternoon delivered Saturday morning by Royal Mail standard delivery service. Premier Ink have never let me down and I would highly recommend them.

Have used Premier Ink for some years and have found them very reliable .Only once did they make a mistake and doubled up on one ink in a set of 12 and rectified this very quickly at no expense to me. Prices are very competitive Always buy my inks with Premier.

I had an error on one of my Epson cartridges on the Friday, and had an urgent print job to do before Monday.
I ordered a set of ink cartridges over the telephone, as Premier Ink offered a Saturday delivery service.
I paid a premium for this service.
As no inks had arrived by 4pm on the Saturday, I called them and was told that due to a mistake, I would not get my inks until Monday.
Would NOT recommend this company if you are in any kind of hurry.

I was searching for old 2GB fast SD cards for my Leica Digilux 2 which are hard to come by these days, and came across Premier Ink offering the Trancend 133x for the best price new anywhere. At first I was like no way due to the dated looking website, then after using trustpilot I went for it, and I'm glad I did as everything went smoothly and quickly and all arrived exactly as described. Trust peoples reviews on here, as I did to my advantage.

Bought some Kood P-Filters from this company, and not only were they cheaper than some other online stores, their delivery was fast too!

Looking forward to getting some ink and printer paper from them in the future to see how they are with those.

Faster than Amazon PRIME in my case! I needed an item by Friday to take on a job on Saturday. Now the time being 1.35pm on Thursday I could not find any one selling the item I needed with next day delivery until I discovered Premier Ink. Their prices were identical to Amazon (who were the cheapest). And they dispatched items the same day with GUARANTEED next day delivery for a little extra, or 1st class as standard. I ordered within 2 mins, gave them a quick call to confirm and the item was in my hands in no time. Well packaged. DPD (the Guaranteed next day courier) also text messaged me to notify me of the time slot they will deliver (nice & early at 10am). Samson (Premier Ink) has beaten Goliath (Amazon) with IMPECCABLE service! I will definitely use them again if an item is needed urgently or just in general if they remain competitive to Amazon's pricing on camera gear. Thank you!!

I have used this company on two occasions and on both occasions I have had my item the next day, despite ordering late afternoon.

First class post and first class service.

I should mention they were also the cheapest I could find for the Peak Design "Clutch" hand strap.

I have used this company many times always had spot on service for reasons beyond their control I needed to return an item they could not have been more helpful or fair.

The service is fast and products are good, I had an incorrect item delivered but this was sorted out in 1 email with pre-paid return post.
They are cheaper than shops for branded ink carts, you get the genuine item not a fake.

Prenier ink is one of those companues that really know how to treat customers. They are extremely keen to help, both pre AND post sales.

You can trust them to recommend the right product for you, if they can't help, they will say so rather that pitch something you don not need.

I cannot recommend them highly enough - and have been using them for 2 years now.

I stumbled across premier Ink and Photographic two years ago and have been using them ever since for my photographic accessories. They have never let me down over the phone or the internet. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to get stuff posted even when the orders come in late in the day. My last encounter was in September when I needed a new bag urgently. They let me play in their shop with their bags and my kit until I found the bag that was right for me. They are not always the cheapest but the level of service they offer I am always happy to go back and would definitely recommend them.
