Not everything was delivered as ordered! Wrote email and no response!!!

I never received my purchase. It seems that UPS left them on the pavement on the street. Mu guess is that they were stolen by a passerby.

Products are great and the order was shipped to Romania in less than a week during the holidays.

I had to subtract 1 star because even though the package was marked as fragile and double boxed (kudos to premier for this), somehow the dhl guys managed to damage it so i had to repackage it in order to gift it.

All good except delivered to billing address instead of delivery address . Luckily all worked out ok .

I can recommend.
Shipment as promised, fast and without any problems.

Was "taken in" from the street. Got demonstrated a product with amazing abilities - anti-age facial cream - we bought it (we thought) BUT the guy handed out a plain boby butter for a 10th part of the value instead of the displayed product. We found this out by Google the product when we returned to the hotel (the product name has a very small font on the container). We went back to the store (on Tenerife - Playa de las Americas) and just got told that they did not give the money back. Got another product (for a lower value and much less than what we were initially asked for) as "compensation". Is extremely dissatisfied. NEVER trade with them. It is directed cheating from start to finish. Really bad style !!!
It must be really bad products since they only can sell in this way! !!!!!!!!

The products are of highest quality & my online order was processed really fast. :)

Love all the products but won't purchase from the Netherlands Premier site again.Deoderant was broken and half empty,shampoo has a faulty pump,was supposed to have received double my order on the latest promotion which I didn't receive..
Have tried to contact via email (and am still trying)..Will purchase from elsewhere in future

I had few questions about one specific product, which I didn't get an answer, just a recommendation for a new product and getting replay too bit too long in my opinion.
