I have sold several PCs through Prenew
I have sold several PCs through Prenew, and for most of them everything went smoothly. However, with one of the systems they claimed there was an issue with the graphics card, even though no such issue exists. When I asked for details, they only told me that they run “intensive tests,” but wouldn’t explain what error supposedly occurred.
After the card was returned to me, I tested it myself for hours and it worked perfectly without any problems. Initially, they didn’t even offer to send the supposedly defective graphics card back—I had to insist on getting it returned. Prenew claims that these tests are done for the benefit of their buying customers, but in doing so they seem to lose sight of the sellers who rely on a fair and transparent process.
Because of this experience, I would be cautious when selling more expensive components, and unfortunately I cannot really recommend Prenew.

Easy site to navigate and selling process was smooth. They pay you what they promise and customer service was on point in their office. Would highly recommend, if you’re looking to upgrade you’re PC and do not want to waste time selling it by yourself.
