I topped up my o2 sim with £10 and was charged £49, but now they are trying to take out another £49. They do not tell you it is a subscription and will continue to take out money without telling you. Absolute SCAM!!!

Disgusting thieves. My wife topped up £5 which somehow tied her into a £49 monthly subscription. How can they get away with this!!!!! Hopefully they will be shut down soon. Do not use this service at all unless you want to be conned. We are contacting trading standards, all the phone networks that they deal with and our bank to cancel the payment.
Bunch of scamming crooks. I purchased a £5 ee top up from them, they provided this but also signed me up to a £50 subscription and didn't provide any kind of notification outside of their own Web platform. First I knew of this was when it appeared in my banking transactions. I am trying to dispute and will update if they ever respond to me which is doubtful.

This company engages in misleading subscription practices. Their behaviour raises serious concerns about consumer protection.I made a one-off £5 payment for a mobile phone top-up. I did not agree to any recurring subscription or authorise a £49 charge.
Despite this, £49 was taken from my bank account. I contacted the company few times and requested evidence showing when and how I supposedly consented to this subscription, as well as a full refund.
I have still not knowingly authorised this recurring payment. I consider the charge misleading and unacceptable and will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer protection and financial authorities if it is not resolved.
I strongly recommend checking the terms and charges carefully before using this service.

I googled ee top up after i got back a holiday and ended up with this terrible company i topped up double my usual £20 with £40 and waited and waited for my credit to be applied and yet it never was so i carefully googled it again and got a proper ee website and got the job done . I then got an email saying i had a notification and to log in to read it and when i got in i seen a page opened about a subscription that i had and tried to cancel it and low and behold got a notifucation from my bank to say they had snatched another £49 so £89 in just over a week and not one pence of credit . I called them
Up and asked them to cancel the pending transaction and was simply told it was too late i should have read the terms and conditions lol i asked what i was getting for 89 quid and was told gift vouchers lol i laughed and was then hung up on . Scammers scammers SCAMMERS . BEWARE . TERRIBLE company

Buying a 10 euro credit online because you are traveling ends up with you being automatically subscribed to their most expensive plan of 49 euros, the kicker ? Oh our service is subscription based (its written in a very small font after they request your email, they automatically create an account for you, retain your card details and charge you 49 euros while you just wanted 10 one time, just pure scam otherwise why not auto subscribing me to your 9 euro plan, called them on the phone and the only help i got we cant do anything about it , our service is subscription based, make it very obvious on your website that you will charge people 49 euros 3 days after they only wanted 10 euros top up!!

AVOID. Paid £9.80 for 02 credit which I haven’t got. The 16 digit number I’m supposed to use doesn’t work. Then a few days later they tried to take just under £50 for a monthly subscription which I didn’t sign up to or agree to. Total con.
