Scam Alert! Avoid This Service!
DO NOT USE! SCAM ALERT!
I topped up £10 using this service a few days ago and clearly selected the “no subscription” option, believing I was making a one-time payment.
Three days later, in the middle of the night, I was unexpectedly charged £50 for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for.
I contacted their support team, who claimed that I had signed up for a free trial that subsequently converted into a paid subscription. My question is simple: wouldn’t a reputable company clearly notify customers by email or text when they are entering into a subscription, particularly one that will result in a £50 charge? Keep in mind such practices are heavily prohibited by the UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which protects consumers from these predatory business practices.
I received no separate notification informing me that a subscription had supposedly been activated. Instead, I was directed to small print at the bottom of the original email confirmation for my £10 top-up.
A member of the support team, Louise, offered me a 20% refund as a “goodwill” gesture, which I firmly rejected. I am demanding a full refund for a charge I did not knowingly authorise.
I am still trying to recover my money and will update this post if anything changes.
I would strongly advise people to exercise extreme caution before using this service.

They are outright disgusting and…
They are outright disgusting and dishonest. This makes them scammers. I ordered a £20 topup from them for my lyca Mobile SIM card and after they topup the SIM card, they were trying to set up monthly subscriptions of £49 without my approval. Thankfully, my bank alerted me and I had to cancel my debit card. A few days later I was trying to make a call from the top up, only to discover that the scammers have removed the balance from the SIM card yet they kept the £20. Lyca is in on the scam with them. Be warned.

This is clearly a scam. I paid £9.80 to top up my granddaughter’s mobile which did not take effect with Lebara then all of a sudden they are taking £49 per month out of my account!!!
The company should be avoided. They are based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
I have had my bank block them. Please be aware.

Do not get a top-up card from this company you will not receive it and then they will bleed you dry taking £49 a month from your bank account without your consent.  I thought this was a legitimate EE top site absolutely not complete scammers. I contacted them and they offered me a 20% refund. This is absolutely disgusting. So far. I have been charged £147 for nothing. I have received nothing for this. I absolutely did not sign up for any subscription. Do not use this site.!!!

BEWARE! This is a scam ‘hidden subscription’ site - not an authentic top-up service.
This subscription service gets you NOTHING just discounts!!
They will sign you up for a subscription service without you knowing. I called customer service, and they said that as soon as you make a purchase, you are automatically subscribed, and that all the information is clearly on the website. I looked on the website, and no such thing is stated. When I called customer service, I was told by someone else that this isn't the case? So their team are just making stuff up, they all sounded demoralised. It must be difficult spending your day making stuff up for a dodgy company.
