Was given $50 visa giftcard only to have it expire and not be eligible for reissue in 6 months. These guys are highway criminals. I tried contacting support and after 5 minutes of hunting in the menus to talk to someone and only finally getting some after hitting "0" 10 times did I get someone that essentially said "tough luck".

The chat feature feels like talking to a bot.

No empathy or will to assist.

Awarded gift card through fetch app. Activated virtual card, now can't login to get card details. Called and they said the card was randomly chosen to be scanned and was deactivated. Will take 7-10 business days to be reactivated. What a joke.

Clear fraud, surprised no one has sued them yet.

This company is the biggest SCAM. AVOID at all costs. My company gave me a prepaid gift option and all of my purchases are getting declined you literally cannot use this card anywhere. I reached out to their support team multiple times they say we are removing the block and you can use the card in 2-3 days but it doesnt do anything. After I told them this is not working i need this to be escalated they blocked my IP i cannot access my account anymore from my home ?! is this for real ??? JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

no matter where i try and how i try it always declines trhe transaction.....
i contacted support but you have to wait 3 days for a answer ... wich is completly unaacceptable if you work with money and need to make payments !

Avoid buying their prepaid cards! My brother bought one for me a couple days ago. Their KYC verification randomly decided to reject my photos - fair enough even though I don't see what could possibly be wrong with them.

BUT instead of giving me a chance to try again, like literally any financial service I tried before, from banking apps to loan services they told me to wait UP TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS (a.k.a a week) just to get an email from them, and call their hotline after that. By far the worst experience I had with a company like this, and looking at the other people posting here I have a feeling it's being done on purpose to prevent people from accessing "their" money.

I received some prepaid credit cards for completing market research. The cards are not accepted at most online retailers in the UK including all of the major supermarkets and Amazon. I'm not stuck with these credit cards with nothing I can spend them on. Customer service completely useless. I think this company may be a scan

Got a prepaid card and then found out that I had to play Russian roulette to figure out who I can pay with it, they kept rejecting certain online purchases. When I call customer service, they claim they their system won't let transactions go through based on where the company is located. When I asked for change to my card, they said they can't do anything and no one could help. Stonewalled.

The sign in process is arduous. It’s difficult to get your money. We have to go through 15 steps to make a deposit rather than it just being made directly from the source and their tech-support is horrible and their website is horrible. It’s not user-friendly I still to this day, can’t figure out where to see my balance or my past transactions on the website

One hour later I tried using the "wallet" upon log in, I was told wrong password, then trying to reset the password, thru email, they said my security question's answer was wrong.

Got a prepaid incentive card via Sky Broadband sign up. Sent verification details as requested and cannot access an account to claim. Sporadic responses from them. Total joke and scam will be reporting them to the ICO as a GDPR abuse as they have my personal details.

My physical card took a month plus multiple emails to finally show up. Things were fine for a few weeks but then every one of my transactions suddenly got declined, even at the cafeteria I always used it on! I've sent emails multiple times and they have not resolved the issue. If it isn't a scam, then it sure is acting like one.

Can't use my card, can't sign into my account , can't get help on the phone this is the worst experience I've ever had with a card . So my money is tied up & I can't get any help what do I do???? Never ever again.

horrible got card as payment for a consulting job, when i tried to use the balance is expired on 10/23
so i lost the money due to me??? i have amex gift cards that never expired... RIP OFF

Company is a complete scam. All attempts to contact them via website, live chat, email, and phone are useless. I opted to get the card as a gift from Vitalant blood donations and have had no luck using it--declined on Amazon, and at store. This company is a bunch of crooks and should be avoided at all costs.

Card gets denied everywhere. If you try to login to the website it fails. If you try to contact customer service it won't allow you because you cannot log in. Are they r0bbing all card holders???
