6 hrs into this. I will be filling with th NJ attorney general. CARDCASH is located in Brick NJ

Lots of retailers won't accept them

Had issues spending the money as most sites wanted 3D Secure and customer support just kept giving me the run around. Spent the balance then a month before it ran out I got an unexpected refund. I was then charged £13 to re-activate the virtual card, customer services were useless again

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. AVOID at all costs. You will not be able to retrieve the number of your own card. The card belongs to the customer. CARDS NOT accepted in most of the transactions. You have to be lucky to pay with their carda. Just avoid.
If there was negative system they deserve it.

Poor customer service, still have not received my money

Myself, my husband, and my parents were supposed to receive a number of gift cards from this Company, who was engaged on behalf of another company - Opencare to provide Visa gift cards. After paying for shipping on all 5 gift cards, it has been several weeks and we have not received a single physical card. When I contacted Customer Service, they did not confirm they would refund the shipping cost back onto the card, extend the expiry of the cards, resend the cards free of charge, or even reissue the card virtually so I could get immediate access. Customer Service with this company is incredibly poor and their withholding of my funds is potentially criminal.

I have a debit card that I received as…

I have a debit card that I received as an incentive to get a rebate for a product I bought. Could never get card to work or find anyone to contact. A live person not an animated voice!
Web site just bounces to a site not safe and phone number is never a choice for what I want.
Now card is expires and no choice to get a replacement or help.
Very very bad customer service and a fraudulent company in my opinion!

Put money on to a prepaid card and now cannot access the account

Put money on to a prepaid card as part of work rewards. Couldn't log in to account as my username and password not working. Emailed customer services to reset the account and keep being sent the same email to provide the same information to access MY account! I am losing patience with this and they have MY money!

No access to my wallet!

No access to my wallet!
Created u/n, p/w etc. It wouldn't let me put it into a wallet. Then when tried to log in, it wouldn't accept my details. When I tried to reset, it just sent to a blank screen. No live chat, because ... you have to sign in first! Terrible.

Is there a way to give a negative 1…

Is there a way to give a negative 1 star/ I am out $850 in points waiting for cards. I have received about 10 emails asking to verify my information or call. When I call all I hear is that I have to wait for 10 days after the confirmation email. Then! i get an email saying they need to verify my information. I'm stuck in a loop and I can't get help. I a so frustrated I could scream

0 stars or even -0. Wrost CS ever. Every mail I get is for ask me to wait days and days to check my account and my case. First was 5 days, now 10-15 days and after 25 days still i dont get any answer. What a joke of people.AVOID

Bad product and Poor Customer Service

To start, this is not a scam website. However, they designed the product so poorly that it almost become one. The card cannot be used in a lot of outlets and cannot be used as a combined payment with other cards, making it almost unusable in a lot of purchases.
Secondly, their CS is horrible. The email and live chat support just keep providing canned replies that are not related to your issue. They are not helpful at all and keep pointing you at fault when they are the one who cannot comprehend a simple issue. The wait time for response is long.

Terrible

Cannot even access the card. I have redeemed and activated it, but now cannot access it. Page just says "Error, will fix later". The reviews are not looking good and this is already a bad sign. I don't think I will receive my card and I think they just straight up scammed me.

They shouldn't deserver any star

They shouldn't deserver any star. I have several prepaid card under my name with same name/email/physical address. But these guys without notifying marked all my card inactive. I only realize when I tried to make a purchase and card was getting declined. Spoke several times with their customer support agent and each time they repeat that I will get an email within 5 business days.

Its been three weeks now and almost made 7 call to their support team but yet no update from them.

This Business should be marked under scrutiny by Federal Teams because they didn't even notified to customer while making any changes on the card/account. Pathetic support team

It's a really silly service

It's a really silly service. The card does not work on so many website (wanted to just connect it to my paypal, did not work). Even on stupid Temu it does not work, nor Apple Pay :D What was I supposed to do with this money?? But luckily buying an Amazon gift card worked.

Good Experience

Card current balance information was readily accessible, but only as a website feature. This is clumsy when compared with an app. I was able to add the card information to my wallet and was always able to access this through Apple pay. Very convenient.

I'd highly recommend obtaining this card as a digital card and forego the physical card. Much easier to use, including through Apple pay and on line.

It's important to read the t's and c's for use of this card as there are numerous restrictions on how the card can be used.
