Love the product and the service
Love the product and the service. Im starting to get worried about not having my time but their Customer service team assured me that I will get the package soon and I did. They don't even deserve 1 star! FRAUD.....have been waiting a month for the item I purchased a month ago. They blame it on shipping!! They also state that their customer service people will contact you with any problems. LIE! They don't,...they just ignore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish there was an option to give NO stars!! I ordered a fidget pen on Dec 3...here it is Dec 27 and I am yet to receive any kind of order #, tracking info, etc. I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. I tried calling and no one answers, the number just rings and rings. I looked up the physical address for the company and it's a set of condos that are currently FOR SALE!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! I have filed a complaint with PayPal! I hope to at least get my money back!!

Scam site with extreme prices
This is a scam site in the sence that they sell stuff from Amazon at EXTREME prices! I found an item for 15 $ on amazon, their price was 270 $ with a 50% price off.
NEVER deal with these people they are ripping you off!

I ordered a tracing mirror for my wife's birthday on October 2 (9 days in advance). It finally arrived October 26! It was in packaging labeled in Chinese (!) and the instructions were in Chinese! I read Japanese but not Chinese! It cost $34 and the materials were cheap plastic worth $5 max. Other online sources sell the same device for $15. This company is a scam; do not use them.

Lost shipment
I wonder why Prestigify was not yet on Trustpilot. Maybe I am the only unhappy customer in the world, or maybe I am more versed on the digital world. Here we go.
I have ordered a set of watercolor paints on the 21st of August and I am still waiting.
Very polite customer services, but until now, I have not received the post tracking code for the product in The Netherlands.
They told me to call a number that no longer exists. They were informed that “my package was waiting for me to pick it up”, but the Dutch post office no longer answer phones and only accept inquiries if I have the Dutch tracking number, which has never been supplied. I only have the Chinese number, unknown at this part of the world.
I don’t agree that me, the customer, needs to chase an order without any reference number.
I still need to wait 120 more days before I can file a complain with PayPal against them. Hopefully I will receive an answer and will gladly update this post.
