Order took much longer than I would have liked, but the customer service explained their current shipping issues and they are clearly under a lot of strain. Stressed that they are trying to fix things.

My order took a long time to arrive (7 weeks) and the tracking link didn’t work. Customer service explained that tracking links have largely become broken with the current covid crisis. Was about to request refund when my order arrived. Didn’t like the wait but the watercolors are very nice and the company was apologetic about the long wait.

Worth the wait.

A longer wait than normal due to Covid 19 situation but the Brush Pens are great. Customer service kept me in the loop the whole time. Can't ask for much more. 4 stars for slow delivery.

Shame there isn't a zero star for this company. Wish I looked at the reviews on here first...AS DEFINATELY WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN THEM MY MONEY!!!
Placed an order back in May, no parcel was ever delivered. I have emailed and you get a reply ( if you are very lucky!) that basically says someone is looking at it and will get back to you. When they do, they say it's in transit, and give you the tracking code, but its useless. My tracking number hasn't been updated since June. So they just obviously send this email just to shut you up.
Very clever in that they make their products look amazing and you think you are dealing with a professional company....this company is far from professional !!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
READ THESE REVIEWS..IT'S NOT JUST ONE PERSON, LOADS HAVE BEEN DUPED INTO PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DUBIOUS SELLER. Big mistake that i placed order without doing research on Prestigify customer reviews. I am just another victim i guess. I placed order on 30th April and after numerous follow-up emails then finally 'Michele' the Customer Success Manager informed me on 7th July that the items lost in transit! And i am becoming more doubtful to learn that the same reason given to many other customers apparently. I keen to conclude that this is an organized scam. I am asking for refund but until now no response.

Update 4th Sept 2020:
Received full refund finally yesterday, after numerous follow-up emails and posting negative reviews on the internet.
Prestigify, you shouldn't not wait until negative reviews posted only then you're willing to process the refund. When order is placed, money is immediately taken from buyer, but when it comes to refund, it takes ages for the money to be returned to buyer.
Thanks anyway.

Don’t bother! Shady practices.

12 weeks after my order was placed, still no package. I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company. I never accepted their offer to remove this review and keep the product. This is a horrible business.

Update: After posting this review, someone from Prestigify emailed me and suggested I remove this post. If I did so, “under this arrangement,” they’d refund my purchase and I could keep the product (which I still haven't received and based on the language of their email, it doesn’t sound like it shipped yet). Yuck! Even worse than horrific customer service is dishonesty.

I placed an order on 4/24. It is 6/23 and I have yet to receive my order, nor have I received any meaningful help from Customer Service. My first emails were answered with a shipping link that didn’t work and then I was told twice shipping was delayed due to Covid but the package was in my country and would be arriving soon. I have sent emails requesting a refund but keep getting the same canned response. They keep saying shipping takes 7-21 days. It’s been 60.

I wish there was a no-star review

Updated June 20, 2020 - Well the first of two packages has arrived. And now I understand all the mess around this company. The name of the shipper on the package was Ali Express - a company infamous for cheap product and extremely long shipping times/lost packages. Prestigify appears to be fronting as some sort of independent company, but apparently they’re just a retailer for another terrible company. Now I understand. DO NOT order from here. You will surely be disappointed.

Updated June 17, 2020 - Since posting my original review - listed below, Prestigify has contacted me. They offered me a refund on the products that they claim are “not currently stuck, they are just moving slowly”. As a reminder, I ordered these products in April, it’s now June, and tracking hasn’t been accurate since May. HOWEVER, they did put a condition in their refund - I would have to remove my review from Trust Pilot. This is a perfect example of the integrity level of this company - zero. I encourage you to go ANYWHERE else for your craft supplies. As a client, your satisfaction should matter to the company you’re handing your hard earned money over to, and this company doesn’t care. I hope this review can save someone else the headache I am currently experiencing.

I wish there was a no-star review, or a “you owe me a star, that’s how bad your company is” level of rating. I, like many other reviewers here, ordered from Prestigify at the very beginning of isolation, a few items to keep my hands and mind busy. That was near the beginning of April. It shipped in two separate shipments, and one of the shipments can’t even be tracked at all, beyond the fact that apparently it exists somewhere overseas. I have reached out several times and always receive the same templated reply about worldwide coronavirus. Every other company I have ordered from, delayed or not, has managed to get my shipment to me in a reasonable time, or provide a refund when it wasn’t possible. I am patient. I am understanding. I am also beyond frustrated that my order (which by the way is much more expensive than just going to an art store, but I digress) has never arrived, and the companies only response is to tell me to be “more patient”. This company and its customer service are a disgrace, and to attempt to cover up poor customer service by blaming it solely on a pandemic is embarrassing and frankly, in poor taste. I will not be ordering from them again, and should they deny my request for a refund in full I will be disputing the charges and seeking an investigation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTELE.

And Prestigify? Do better. Much better.

Terrible. Poor logistics

July2.2020 Update: It's not a scam. Things finally arrived, but at this point in time I dunno that I would use the service again. They get an extra star for delivery I suppose.

June 15.2020 Update: They reach out to me after seeing this review. Provided a new updated tracking number for the item that was previously showing as not sent, that is after reaching to their provider so they could sent the item (that is the viviva sheets). The other item is still where its been allegedly since may first (yes 05/01) without any sign of it moving closer to its destination (so it's currently chilling somewhere in my country without being processed at all, the only item that has ever done this to me). Consider that this last item started the shipping process on march 25 according to the stamp provided by the shipping company.
I previously neglected to say that the order was confirmed on march 22.

If I could rate less I would. They are prompt at filling your email with spam and charging you. But not to reply any sort of inquiry as to the whereabouts of the product. They even sent me a fake tracking number. Dont waste your time and money it isnt worth it.

It's been about 2 months

It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. I ordered a lighted art board for my grand daughter and closing in on 3 months we have yet to receive it. This is ridiculous! This is a scam company and I will never waste my time, or spend another dime with them! Horrible experience!!!

Fake website :(

Hey all, I have ordered some products before checking the reviews of Prestigify and have now realised I have likely been scammed :( Products haven’t even been sent and they won’t reply to my phone calls, messages or emails to try and get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend this website.

Too long of a wait and no trust

Extremely disappointed in this transaction. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. I have yet to receive my package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “BUSINESS”.

I purchased a set of watercolor paints for $40 (roughly) on December 28, 2019. It is March 14 and I still have not received my package. I have contacted them several times about my package in order to find out what’s going on and to obtain a refund. Customer service (at first) said that the package didn’t make it through customs so it had to be sent back and they would reship it. That was February 2nd. Again I emailed them when I didnt receive anything by March 1st. They responded with a pleasant email telling me they were unable to issue a refund but that the shipment had already been shipped. They sent a link for the tracking but it was an “error” message. I sent another email two days ago asking about a refund to which they responded that they could not issue me a refund because the package had already been shipped; they provided a working link that said the package was PREPARING for shipment from the origin post. This does not mean that it has shipped.

*****I have received the package and they did offer me a refund. However, it is still too long to wait for a product.*****

Would click zero stars if I could! THIEFS!!! DO NOT BUY!!

23rd of January 2020, I ordered a set of watercolour brush pens. Coming to a total of $40.99 AUD.
I received an emailed on the 27th of Jan saying that my order was being processed for shipping, to which the tracking link leads you to a blank page or an error page.
I reached out to them on February as I still had not received the items and the tracking info still didn’t work. I got a reply saying that there are delays due to corona virus.
It is now March 7th, I contacted again and they told me my item was lost!! And that they would resend. By this stage I just want my money back having waited over TWO MONTHS for some water colour pens!!!! I have sent three emails asking for a refund with no response. I am soooo disappointed in this company and I honestly believe the reviews below must be fake, due to the amount of bad comments on their instagram page.
Absolutely so wrong that a company can do this!!!!!!
Edit- eventually got a refund on the 9th of March.
The textas later turned up at the end of April and are of horrible quality, seems like they were drop shipped right to me. Thankful for the refund.
Still would never buy again.
