Rubbish quality , too thin & delicate for the price paid, sending them back. I wouldn’t spend 50p on it.

I've ordered from here twice now and have been disappointed both times. I've sent all the clothes back as they are terrible quality. The materials used are cheap, thin and not soft. You can also see threads coming out. Would definetly not recommend.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service. My daughter ordered 2 sweatshirts from this site and they charged my card 4 times and have refused to help in anyway to retrieve the extra payments they took from me. I have spent the entire day messaging the same message as I have had to deal with 7 different people and not one of them has any clue on how to assist me. Incompetent and ripoffs. I will never recommend this site to anyone more the complete opposite. Shame on you taking advantage of people!!!!!

The clothing is just really cheap.. fabrics feel so dry, rough, they rip apart easily.. do not last through machine washes.. I’d rather spend more on a piece of clothing that I know will last me a long time.

I often order from PLT and never had any issues. Most things are fine with the sizes but had to go a size bigger on some denim shorts as they were Way to tight. I signed upto free delivery for a year and everything always comes on time the next day. It can be hit and miss with some sizes for example I bought a few oversized jumpers in sizes 10 and 12 and they were really huge! The size 12 fitted my Mother who is a size 18/20. Free returns label for UK so its easy peasy to send back!

I’ve ordered a few times with PLT and every time the items are all their. There beautifully packed the sizes are true to size. I’ve seen so many bad reviews and I just don’t agree with what has been written. I’m very happy and will continue to use them. Would 100% recommend. I’m a uk size 22 and I’m 32 years old

Trying to make contact regarding missing item on order, all I get back is that it has been delivered or they can’t find it

Well i have a missing package that is on going, and I would message pretty little thing on WhatsApp and they seemed so robotic, unlike boohoo who’m are always extremely so so nice! This is the last time i am ever shopping with pretty little thing, such rude customer service, didnt help me at all, i demanded my refund immediately. My money isnt something to be played with along with a package that never arrived.

I have ordered from PLT about 10 times and have never had a bad experience, clothes are well priced, have never come damaged or differ from the description or pictures.
I will continue to use PLT, and from personal experience I cannot give them anything but 5 stars.

My son ordered a set of longing pyjamas for my birthday. When I opened the package, I found a 5 inch rip in the seam of the bottoms. My son did wabt to return them, but because I'm quite handy with a sewing machine I thought I'd fix the repair myself. Now I've cone to wear the jacket I find the right sleeve is tighter than the left!! I regret now not allowing my son to return the damn thing, as this is such shoddy workmanship - people pay hard earned good money for sub-standard clothing? I've never bought from PLT before and this experience just means I never will. People beware - they don't care as long as they get your money!!!!!!

It’s starting to irritate me now when ordering clothes because I’m adding them to my basket and I’m confused with sizing as it says one size fits all when it’s pants and tops I feel uncomfortable when spending my money if they come and are too big or small on me as they state “ one size fits all”

I have numerous things to say about pretty little thing. Numerous times I have received the wrong items in the post and numerous times I have received awful quality items. Many times I’ve had to complain and the customer service is rarely good. Recently ordered a playsuit and the item was completely see through and terrible quality looked nothing like the picture. I’ve ordered a bikini before that’s come and clearly been worn with period stains and returned by someone. The quality is literally terrible.customer service is terrible

Not a review but OMGGGG the review I’ve seen so far are alarming wth😭people keep saying it trash whilst others say it’s really amazing.Now I don’t know whether to order or not😔

I ordered two plus size oversized hoodies 1 in a uk size 26 the other uk 24 the 26 sized one fits a uk 8 . Their sizing is horrendous. Some materials strech perfectly where as others don’t. Also one hoodie that I ordered was supposed to be white and I recieved a stone hoodie. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m not happy with the quality of the clothes. I had ordered four dress and two of them are faulty. What you see on the website is completely different to what you get. I suggest to better the quality as it does not last long. I won’t be shopping at prettylittlething as I’m not satisfied with my order.

Shocking lack of customer service. I ordered an item for delivery 11th December which according to customer services "failed to process and was not in their system. Customer service said they "understood" how important this order was to me as it was purchased for Christmas but then promptly said a replacement order would not arrive in time, so they would refund my order. As this order is very important to me I have now had to order the item again and pay £5.99 for urgent delivery to receive the item for Christmas. As this is wholly the fault of Pretty Little Thing to process and deliver my item in the first place, I asked that the next day delivery charge of £5.99 be credited to my account. Nothing. No reply - even after asking very politely - twice. This is abysmal lack of customer service. I would advise other people to NOT order from this company if this is the lack of service they can expect. Quite disgusting.

Cheap clothing, lining does line up and when i wore the jumper. The lining slips out from underneath. I basically paid for a half finished item that was made cheaply. It is such a waste to the environment as I just could not wear this!
