Pricebeat travel agency is a big fraud company. Service is pathetic and staff are pretty bad. No knowledge on the ticket and every team member say different things. There is no clear understanding and communication. Customer reps will say payment figures over phone (not confirmed via email or writing) and ask you to pay their bank account directly. Ticket prices are super expensive compared to online booking. Cancellation are hectic. Amin and service fee like this half of the ticket price will be deducted whereas relevant airlines are not charging at all. Refund will take more than 10 weeks for no reason. I would definitely not recommend and if you want to risk your booking and travel plan then think twice before you proceed with Pricebeat. Please explore and do your research before you proceed with Pricebeat.

These people are so Dodgy, they display prices on their website and if you book without checking with them you are in big trouble. Excuse our website has issues and it doesn't update itself automatically. They display prices that are true dodgy. I feel very very sorry people who are working there. They are nice people and I think the idiot who is the boss of this organisation is to be blamed. Amit, I know you are the owner, I have done business with your travels a number of times, but now I am disappointed.
Don't try these people. If you try make sure you know what they are selling to you.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I booked the ticket with this Cheat Travel agency. I bought tickets to USA and due to COVID am unable to travel. I contacted United Airlines and they are willing to give a 100% refund of the ticket but Price Cheat Travels are asking for $175 fees per passenger as admin fees to cancel the tickets. They are trying to make money out of a 100% refund in these tough times. I am planning to take them to ACCC over ridiculous cancellation charges, so if anyone wants to team up please let me know.

The beginning of this year we booked a tickets to Tasmania and canceled it due to the Covid 19. I called them and they said I can not canceled or get refund according to the ticket policy. I accepted it. They said they will open the tickets for us until next year February 2021. This month I am trying to contact them by email but never get any response from them. The person that I used to talked to she has no longer working there !
I have a felling that I will loose this money tickets!!!!!

Poor services, it's been months I am waiting for my refund. I have to request again and again for my own money. Pathetic services.

Worst travel agent.We booked our flights through them before pandemic was declared. Now as the airlines have cancelled the flight the company is charging us $520 for cancellation. Pls do not book with them. They are not worth getting one star rating. It is a thumbs down review 👎👎👎

I have got the best advice and best support from the customer services representative named Asif. He gave me the most economical deal and was very understanding towards my special requirements related to seating, food and kids etc.
Definiteky recommended.

Total crap business....bunch of crooks....no professionalism, can't keep their own words, no response to emails, messenger or phone calls. Rudely denies refund for the service that wasn't provided. Do not I repeat do not deal with them or you will regret big time.

Bunch of rude staffs and utterly rubbish service!! Never ever go for this useless agency .. There are some 2-3 positive reviews which are posted by their men!

Worst experience. They cancelled Sydney to Mumbai flight of 6 Aug 2020 and even after 5 follow-up mails and 8 followup calls, they are not refunding my deposit amount. From last 6-7 days, I am only getting false promises from them. Looks like a fraudulent activity and I will never recommend anybody to avail their facility.... Worst experience.. Avoid using their services !!!

I booked and paid for flights to the UK back in October last year for August 2020. All my flights were cancelled and I requested a refund FOUR MONTHS AGO. Still waiting and they don't respond to any emails I send to the so called "Customer Care" email address. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.

They have no respect at all for their costumers. Ive lost my flight because one of my sit was not confirmed, they didnt gave my money back, not even an apologize. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Due to a recent emergency, I booked an online e-ticket through Price Beat Travels.

As I was desperate to travel, found out that this transaction was not showing up on my credit card account, but at the same time thought there could be some time lag before I could see it. Luckily next day, I got a phone call from Price Beat Travels (Mr Alok) about this issue. Not only did he explain what had gone wrong but he also walked me patiently through the whole process. As promised, he called me back acknowledging that they have received the payment and I should have my e-ticket within 24 to 48 hours. He then followed it up with a call regarding my ticket which I had received.

I am thoroughly impressed with this gentleman’s professionalism, work ethics and excellent customer service and wish him luck in all his endeavours. I also want to thank Price Beat Travels for having such diligent employees.

I booked my tickets with Price Beat Travel for the month of May but due to this Pandemic and Government ban i was not able to travel so they helped me out to get my money back for the booking that i made with them and they were very helpful and kind to help me for my booking .Great experience to work with Price Beat Travel.Thanks for your help.

Just bought two tickets through their home page. They even called me to confirm the booking, then login to airline home page, I could see my booking is there. Anyway, good customer service offered by Pravin!
