Very slow delivery (more than a month for same country delivery is crazy), additional fees that do not make sense applied, such as 3€ for “safe packaging”? And it was normal envelope with bubbled plastic inside. Also, wanted to pay in 3 rates, went through as one time payment..also unprofessional customer support. At least the product looks legit.
