Big thanks to Clive Vince and Jon for outstanding personal service. These guys are oldschool when it comes to professionalism and helpfulness on the front door. They know where they where there customers come from and they’re in it for the long-term in terms of looking after their customers. Had a defunct electric bite Thursday these guys had it up and running faster than it would take to order burger and chips at McDonald’s. Thanks to Clive , Vince and Jon.

Today I bought an electric bike for my wife’s Christmas present. Knowing very little about electric bikes I was once again amazed at how thorough the initial visit and the handover were in terms of bike details. To top it off Bill actually delivered the bike to my house.

Over the time I have purchased multiple things from this store. Lately I also had a bicycle groupset update to electronic gear. All the process was super simple, followed all the way through by the staff members and made sure everything was top tier. The service was flawless and very professional. I went to Primera to look for an electric hybrid bike having tried out a friend’s. Yesterday I took delivery and cannot fault the service I received.
