Had to pay for a sample which their website states is free. Provided a logo which was not on the sample.

Avoid this complaint. A waste of time.

Use this company and provided design for be printed on cloths. Changed the design having passed original design between multiple emails.

Printed the design without any colour whatsoever (the main reason we had them made) and charged twice as much as I paid originally for the same job.

No apologies from Matty either, won’t be using again that’s for sure

Do NOT use this company. Had nothing but problems excuses and more importantly ABUSE. Reported to both trading standards for breech of contract. Good taking your money but no goods. Last time knew that was called theft.

Never had such abuse. Then he had audacity to claim I was being abusive.
Get same guy every time.
I’m not even sure it is a legitimate business.

Prices are vague. Excuses made of delays to orders and payment under totally different name as well.

One word DODGY.

Do not use!! We placed an order for pens, weeks in advance for an event. Paid the balance. On the day it was due for arrival i phoned to ask where it was, 'oh the manufacturer cant deliver for another month due to 'unforeseen circumstances''. This has now left us no time to order anywhere else. They didn't contact us to notify us, if i hadn't called who know's what would of happened. It seemed more as if they forgot to order. They then said they would refund, again heard nothing. Rang again and they can't refund for another week and a half. Just not good enough!! Stay clear! Tried to rectify but now unfortunately it has led to a bad review!!!!

Made the order with them, sent a cheque in the post. Nearly 2 months later after sending them multiple emails, they respond saying it was made payable to the wrong company and they would return it to us.

3 weeks later we didn't receive a cheque so we had to cancel it.

I have used Printed4u twice now for the use of a television crew (in this instance Twenty Twenty Television for Channel 4) and the quality of their products is always excellent. The reusable plastic bottle pouches are a great way to save plastic on a shoot with a large number of crew, and they come in a number of different colours which is nice to be able to offer options.
I've dealt with Leigh Walsh who is particularly friendly and helpful. He processed my quote efficiently and was eager to be updated as soon as our products arrived so we could let him know if we were satisfied. As a production, this was greatly appreciated as efficiency and attention detail is particularly important.

I have used Printed 4 U several times now and the service is second to none.
Twice I have needed the invitations very quickly (within 48 hours!) and Tim has had them printed and delivered within the time frame.
The quality of the invitations beats any other company I have used - they are absolutely beautiful.

The Guests' who have received them send lovely messages because they are such a pleasure to receive.
