I tried to return my order and cannot generate the return form

I tried to return my order. The online return form link does not work and I cannot generate a label. I tried to reach out to customer service using the online contact form and have not received any response.

Can someone please look into my matter? Order number is 5098301

Update: they have responded to my query and provided a return label.

Since there were so many negative…

Since there were so many negative reviews I felt like I need to tell my experience. The service was flawless. I have ordered moonboots from the website. Boots were here within 2-3 working days (from France to the Netherlands). Unfortunately I needed to return the boots. However return was flawless and received my refund within a week after I sent the package.

Very bad customer service

My package never arrived. I've already contacted the (very hard to reach) shipping company (DPD). They claim the delivery is "lost" and printemps has to directly file a complaint about the delivery with them. Unfortunately, you can only reach printemps via a contact form. And they are SLOW. I wrote to them on Monday and haven't heard back yet. What kind of customer service is this? I just want my money back and they as the online shop are liable for the loss of the package.

Total chaos

We used Printemps somewhat unknowingly as our wedding registry was linked to it so we had to select items from their list. The whole process took forever and was extremely disorganized. I had to order things through a WhatsApp by texting with an employee, when everything arrived there were faulty items, to return them we once again have to refer to WhatsApp (!!!???) and it takes ages. We contacted Printemps for the first time in September last year…

Ordered slippers size 44 to discover…

Ordered slippers size 44 to discover that it had selected size 43
Emailed customer service straight after the order been placed . They have told me that they are unable to change the size or cancel the order !!! Now I have to wait for the wrong size to be delivered and then pay 15 euros to return them, the order has not even been processed.
Not impressed at all

UPDATE

4 weeks later no item no refund . Please avoid these scammers . Keep on sending me an email saying the order is in transit
I wish I read the reviews here so please don’t order from these cowboys

No refund link….no response from Printemps

Ellis: I made an order from Printemps order no: 3507858 but the jacket is too small. There is no refund link in the dispatch email as stated that there should be. I have sent 2 emails to customer service but have not had any response. This is incredibly frustrating and bad customer service. Please send the refund link before the refund period expires.

They ignore your emails do not order ONLINE

Wortheless company, who is ignoring me since 5 december. I have sent multiple e-mails but they keep ignoring me. They have shipped me a package which is gone. And they are doing an ''investigation'' for 15 days. after those 15 days they say i need 15 days more for investigation, after that I never heard of them anynomre. SCAMMERS.

I think I received fake MFK perfumes…

I think I received fake MFK perfumes lol.
The customer service hasn't even gotten back to me but yea very disappointed and wish to return the perfumes, as if not fake they are bad batches with messy packaging and bottles.... ( which I believe it's impossible for such niche perfumes, so yeah they are fakes...)

Impossible to get in contact with customer service, says there will be a return option on your order confirmation which there isn’t. Did a request on their website and no one has answered. Poor customer service

Sends damaged products to customers - beware

Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bolo tie which came back in stock, and was sent a piece with scratches and the magnet missing which renders the whole piece unusable.

Clearly no quality control for them to send a used product out.

credit where credits due

ive had to leave a review as this place has such a bad review rating. at first i was dubious about ordering from printemps due to all the bad reviews on here, but they accept paypal who will refund straight away if there is any issues so i thought why not. well i want to say that i had no issues at all and my item arrived a day earlier than the estimated date. your order is trackable, youll recieve an email of printemps pretty quickly saying that ur order has been dispatched, there will be a 2nd email a day after with ur tracking information where you will be able to see ur order step by step of the way. they use amazon who are rapid at delivery as soon as it hits the UK and the bonus of that is that amazon will deliver on a sunday. it took exactly 1 week from pressing buy to arrive which is understandable as im in the UK. great service. i hope this helps some one out there who really wants that item and unsure wether to order or not. you totally should.

Absolutely awful customer service a…

Absolutely awful customer service a total disgrace! Right from the CEO Jean-Marc Bellaiche to the customer service team. I bought a pair of Etro mule in February and wore it 4 times maximum and the leather started tearing on both of the pairs. Shocked that the reputable Etro brand had quality issues. I emailed printemps and they would not refund rather offered £30 voucher to be used with 6 months - this is an insult. I wrote back to customers services and still they refused to offer a full refund. I wrote to the CEO and head of networks Sophie Boquet, and no response. Please do listen to your regular customers and focus on customer service and quality control. I am very disappointed with Printemps.

Following the reply below ,,, I have contacted customer services and no resolution!!! The below reply is a lip service - disgusted and sad.

UPDATE: Parcel has been posted and I have provided proof of postage!!!! NON RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was sent the wrong size. I have sent several emails on all their channels and no response. Also the link to start a return was not in the order so I am confused and don’t know what to do. Collect this item ASAP please and refund me! Order number 1518168
