Poor quality and customer

Poor quality print. No mount, wonky picture, pixelated photo. Cheap frame. Despite no quibble guarantee policy, refused to refund. Appalling customer service. I recommend people avoid at all costs.

Update 17 April. Printerpix posted a response on TrustPilot asking I get back in touch. I did so. They offered me a discount if I ordered the product again. So I have to spend more money to get a replacement for the product I wasn’t happy with in the first place. As I said before, looks like you should avoid at all costs. Them getting in touch offering to help is clearly just window dressing.

canvas

Really pleased with my canvas, this is my 6th canvas, l always do one after every holiday for my wall. Photo pictures really bright its nice memories everybody always comments on my holiday canvas, well done Printerpix will be putting in another order next year after next holiday. l got 3 calendars for the family members l went with and those were brilliant too they was really pleased with them.

That was thAvoid this place because of the poor quality of customer service e last time I’ll use this…

That was the last time I’ll use this site to create an album! I had one finished album and one in progress, and I wanted to buy both at the same time. My album in progress disappeared, so I asked customer service for help. It’s already very difficult to find the contact details, but on top of that, customer service consists solely of automated responses. In the end, they updated my account, which resulted in all the photos from my finished albums being deleted, leaving only the text, and I never saw the album I was working on again. When I asked to be called back, I only received automated responses... what a waste of time!

NB: I can’t reply to printer pix’s comment below, but I haven’t received any emails...

I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Printerpix. The first time I ordered it was 666 rupees, the money got deducted but later I was informed it was cancelled only after I wrote an email to customer service and I still didn’t get a refund. I reordered it now the price got increased to 888. I still didn’t get any refund.

Thank you Nathan Lewis

I am a long term customer of Printerpix and am happy with the quality of the photo albums and calendars I make up and order. I like to have things in chronological order so always do my own placements and sizing of frames. I have found the latest edition much more time consuming to get the photos in place as they kept going as background.

I recently completed my 3 x 100 page albums to use my Groupon voucher, which I had previously arranged could be extended. This took a very long time to sort out due to the continual automated responses.

Eventually I got to Nathan Lewis who was exceptionally helpful and had my albums ordered for me very quickly. These have now arrived and I am very happy with them. A big thank you to Nathan.

Just warning everyone to not purchase…

Just warning everyone to not purchase any products from Printerpix Printerpix . I purchase 3 photobooks recently for a significant amount of money - all 3 are damaged and Printerpix are not honouring their 100% satisfaction guarantee or responding to my emails. I will be reporting them to the Trading standards for misrepresentation in sale of goods.

Terrible company

Terrible company. My photo prints arrived totally distorted and Printerpix UK refused to help despite sending images of how badly warped the photo images were that I received. Avoid they are a scam

Amazing photo books and amazing service

I had an issue when I couldn’t get to finalise the second photo book of my order. Without the help of Nathan Lewis I probably would never have succeeded. Nathan went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me. He was very patient and certainly very efficient and it’s thanks to him that I have now received my photo book and I’m delighted with it. Thank you Nathan.

Please be careful with this company!!

They promise you the world with rush deliveries and even charge you extra for it. I placed my rush order on Saturday evening and was told it would be with me by Wednesday or Thursday. I then received an email order confirmation to say it would not be with me until the following week, nearly a week later than when I actually needed the gift for. Customer service is completely non-existent, you will speak to a fake bot Hannah who just creates tickets for you with no resolution and no one responding to the tickets. I have sent multiple emails (tickets) requesting to cancel my order and had no response. Going to be reporting as fraud, please be careful before purchasing, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand!!

Poor quality and no customer service

Ordered several calendars but the quality was very poor. Despite sending photos and messaging several times they did not reply with a resolution. There is also no telephone number so if you encounter a problem you can forget any level of customer service. Personally I will never use them again, total waste of money! Avoid!

Good Quality
