Great PhotoBooks

I have been using Printerpix now for nearly 5 years. I find the site very easy to use. The quality of the books are excellent and if you have any questions or need help the team are always very helpful.

Fabulous product

I found this company by chance searching online to produce a framed copy of a photograph.
It was easy to put together online and choose the Size and frame colour.
It was a very reasonable price and was posted promptly. It was well packaged.
The colours look great and I'm super pleased with it.

Since the changes you have made to make photo books I do not like the changes and therefore the end result in the product. I will switch to another supplier via Groupon

End product was substandard

End product was substandard, photos had been placed at an angle and therefore were under the frame.
The complaint process was beyond difficult as it was all AI generated, eventually another product was sent, still not completely straight but I could not face another experience with the complaint system

Printerpix 0 - Nathan Lewis 10!

While I would have given Printerpix a 0 on customer service due to an episode of something being promised on the chatbot and not delivered, the customer service rep assigned to my case after 4 Months of frustrating attempts was amazing and exceeded expectations. Nathan Lewis saved my sanity and delivered on the chatbot promise and did not let me down once! 5 stars is not enough!

Received my wall calendar and its great…

Received my wall calendar and its great as always. I initially had an issue with my groupon code but customer services resolved it promptly. I've been using printerpix for calendar for 15yr now. Quality has always been good, the only issue I have is the cost without the groupon code would make it expensive.

Order did not arrived as promised on…

Order did not arrived as promised on time for Christmas. Contacted retailer, finally agrees a full refund on 20.01.2026 which I still haven’t got. When I ask where my refund is, they will not answer my question. I have now raised a fraud case with my bank who are now taking over the issue.

In response to Printerpix reply. You do not take these issues seriously. I have raised multiple tickets asking where my refund is and your staff will not answer my question, instead start asking about my issue with the order again. This has been clarified back in January and I was told at that point I would receive a full refund within 5-10 working days, we are now in April with no refund. I will not be submitting another ticket via your link as it gets me nowhere. I have spent far too much time on this issue, I attended the bank this morning and they have raised a dispute on the payment under fraud- they will be in touch within 10 working days.

Personalised Puzzle

The puzzle quality is not great, the pieces are very soft and the gloss used on the picture is overly shiny. But it was only around £10 (on offer) so it's fine for a small gift, but would not buy again.

Here is absolutely nothing good to say

Here is absolutely nothing good to say, I’m travelling tomorrow empty handed after spending £120 and delivery is re-scheduled for Friday, absolute nightmare. First order made on Sunday couldn’t be amended 5 minutes later but it took a week to start printing second one and that’s only after my review on Trustpilot. I’ve never come across such a poor quality service at that high price. Second order clearly shows that process is do quick and automated as stated in the first version.

Awful!!

Ordered a 2026 photo calendar in January. Never received calendar. Never received a refund. So they’ve taken my money and ignored me since 16th January. It’s now April. Awful awful awful. Do not order from them.
