We love our two Priority Bikes! We bought them for our home in Sanibel, FL. They are lightweight and easy to ride. The rust-free carbon drive is a deal-breaker for bicycle usage by the ocean. It's a modern retro attractive bike. We couldn't have been more pleased with our purchases.

High quality, reasonably priced bicycle. Quick, straightforward, helpful sizing advice. Well designed/maintained website. Overall a very positive experience.

The guys in customer service were great. My problem is why my battery charger would burn out a few months after the warranty expired. The charger wasn’t covered, but I was extended a 15% new charger discount. I also was out of pocket for a new belt and a failed front gear a few months ago. Otherwise a great bike.

Nice bike for trail riding. Easy to assemble with the video instructions. The gears (2nd and 3rd) are not as smooth as they should be... and tweaking them per instructions hasn't helped much. The handlebar grips are a bit tough on my palms after a 20-30 min ride. Had to get gel-gloves to manage the rides.

I love my Glide ebike. Exactly what I wanted, just something to help me up the hills and fight strong headwinds while still providing good exercise. However, I was not pleased with the local bike shop that Priority sent my bike to for assembly. It would have been better to just have the bike delivered and then take it to my preferred local bike shop.

Our 7yo daughter with FASD struggled with a Walmart class bike, it was 8 speeds with the grip shifter. That bike weighed 29 pounds and the gears were hard to shift for her hands. She also had a tough time understanding what gear she was in and when it was appropriate to shift. She just had a hard time overall. I bought her the start 20 and she has really excelled on this bike! The three gears are easy enough for her to not be overwhelmed by and she can shift when stopped! The start 20 is also about 10 pounds lighter and she just has a much easier time getting it started and getting up hills with it. She did flip over her handlebars once and I wish they had a brake option like guardian bikes have…but we are learning now to not slam the front brakes. Customer service was excellent when I had a question on the weekend they emailed me back in like two minutes! Amazing!

I have 3 bicycles from Priority and love them all. They are a joy in their functionality, the pleasure given, and ease of care. I’ve owned lots of Bikes, but only ever three from one brand.
