Bought a spare belt from Priority. Had a brief and informative email exchange with someone there. It hurts to pay $100 for a belt, but it seems to be the going rate, rather than a gouge by Priority. Also, they outlast 3 chains, which are getting up to $80, so not a bad deal, all-in-all.

High quality bikes and easy to assemble. Love the belt drive! We have 4 that we allow guests to use in our short term rental house and have had no complaints.

Your online team replied quickly and answered my questions, but a question about battery indicator lights seemed to contradict itself. There are four lights, if three green lights equals 75% charged, then wouldn’t four green lights equals 100%? After assembly and charging I definitely recall seeing four green lights After testing my bike on #1 assist and drew the battery down to a appropriately two bars remaining, I recharged the battery pack and had three green and one red. Subsequently after connecting with your team, was told that was normal. The hardest part of assembly was attaching the handle bars. Not a lot of room to maneuver. The bicycle performs as expected. Lights appear to be adequate at night. The hand book doesn’t mention the silver button, but maybe I overlooked it. I’m surprised that you do not offer a front suspension fork. I specifically chose your bicycle over others because of your drive train. The belt and CVT gearing.

Priority puts customer support first!

I hacked my bike to add a throttle after being advised not to do so. It bricked the controller. Priority were exceptionally helpful in providing parts and advice about how to rebuild my bike as it was originally and it runs beautifully. Could not have asked for a better virtual service support and parts delivery.

Excellent customer service and quality product. I really enjoy cruising around town on my L Train, the ride is smooth and comfortable.

Followed through with what was promised.

Everything about the purchase process, delivery, and setup was easy. The hardest part was adjusting the brakes but there was a video for that. It was 20 minutes of work tops. The bike feels quality, is lite, and my daughter loves it. 10/10 would recommend.
