Wonderful experience
The information on the website is informative and accurate, making the right choice for the kind of riding each bike suits much easier. My bike was shipped very quickly and packaged perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, and the bike specific video’s on the website are a nice touch.
I am very happy with my Eight, it suits my needs perfectly, everything is quality and well thought out.

Great Customer Service
I dealt with one person during the back and forth of emails. This eliminated having to explain what I was attempting to identify.

Good for Beginner Bike Commuters
I haven't ridden a bike since I was 16 and was never much of a bike mechanic even then. This bike is easy to adjust, has plenty of room for various racks and accessories and comes with the basics to set it up. I opted to have my local bike shop put it together for me and they gave a good review as well.
The belt drive and internal gear hub have made maintenance non existent for now. The stock tires have held up against the occasional glass, sharp rock, or random screw so far but I plan to replace the tires when these ones give out.
Ultimately I'm happy with the bike after 3 months of riding and and would recommend Priority to anyone who is interested in a decent starter bike.

Priority Current Plus - a GOOD choice
I selected the Priority Current Plus as it has the mid-drive motor, belt drive, adjustable handlebar position, step thru frame and relatively lighter weight. The reviews were good. The assembly went together pretty easily, the front rotor was bent a little (from shipping?), and I straightened it a bit and that no longer rubs. I like the Shimino 5 speed hub shifter. There is still a on and off again clicking when I ride that I wish I could identify. And it would be nice to have a color display that also had an app that linked to my iPhone (on bright sunny days, when wearing sunglasses, it can partially wash out the display).. The ride is pretty comfortable. I did add a Redshift suspension seat post that helps the comfort level. Overall I'm very happy with the bicycle. I've ridden about 110 miles so far and enjoying it. From a demographic point of view, I'm an active 76 year old who still enjoys cycling, pickleball, sailing, hiking and more. I have reached out to Priority twice with questions and got quick helpful responses - a good thing. I'm very happy with my purchase and enjoy riding the bicycle.

Delayed Priority Current mechanical problem owned by out of sate patron
I own a 4y/o Priority Current which was trouble free until the bike developed a failure of electrical assist. I'm 84 y/o old and live in Wa state far away from the Metropolis and I'm mechanically inept. Priority diagnosed my bike problem remotely, sent me a most excellent video link specific to my problem , made arrangements for exchange of motor which I was easily able to mechanically accomplish with the aid of the video. The measure of a company is not on the front end, it's on the back end of caring and taking care of the existing customers. Feel reassured, If you are considering purchase of a Priority Bicycle, but hesitant because a Priority dealership is not in your locality, they have you covered, they care.
Amazing bikes
Amazing bikes! We got our first one (Priority Start 16") second-hand. Loved it so much that when it was time for our kid to size up and get gears, we bought the Priority Start 20".
I do wish it was a little easier for little hands to change gears - the gear shift on the Guardian bikes (which my oldest has 😬) is enviable.
Helped me get the right parts I needed for a repair fast
Customer support made it easy to find and buy the replacement parts I needed for a repair (my belt had gotten damaged) and the parts arrived very fast. Glad to ride Priority!
My best bike yet
I have been very happy with the bike. Only 200 miles so far but I have enjoyed every minute. The ride, the shifting, the braking, everything is excellent. Thank you for an superior product.
I love the bike
I love the bike! It was so easy to assemble and blew my mind of it's performance on the first ride. Powerful tool for a commuter or even just a bike to hit the trails. I highly recommend. Delivered super quick, in perfect condition, the package was not super heavy and easy to get into my house. 10/10
I really like the bike
I really like the bike. It's very smooth and responsive. The assembly is a tad complicated, but the video makes it pretty easy.
