I really like the bike. It's very smooth and responsive. The assembly is a tad complicated, but the video makes it pretty easy.

Priority answered a request to the support email - asking for information about a part. They responded with a couple good questions leading to solving the issue with a simple part.

The bike arrived very well packaged and without any damage. With the model specific video assembly instructions the bike was easy to put together. The bike is very high quality for the price. The components are all high quality. The pinion smart.shift and carbon belt drive means shifting is smooth and pedaling is absolutely silent. I was nervous ordering a bike without riding it first, but after 200 miles in the saddle I declare I love my new Gemini!

This is the most amazing bicycle I've I ever seen! I purchased one for my Granddaughter for her 10th birthday her older brother picked out the color. The bike showed up in 3 days not 3 weeks. Assembly was pretty straightforward and the shipping box was out of this world I even received touch-up paint. Granddaughter received her new bike on her 10th birthday and now she's speed racer! The bike never sits in the yard she always parks it inside the garage at home. A very special bike for a very special person! Best decision I have ever made!

Priority 8 is a great bike, reasonably priced with nice design. My son loves it. Easy to operate and very clean (no greasy chain and gears). My daughter learned to ride a two-wheeler on a 16” and the Priority Start 20 was the perfect next bike for her. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. She’s been begging to ride every day since we got it. Customer service has also been excellent. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I bought a blue Priority Bruiser belt drive bike. I was a bike messenger downtown Chicago for 8 and 1/2 years. I have rode Just about every brand of '80s and '90s mountain bikes on my job. I put thousands of miles on some of those bikes downtown Chicago. I've had Trek, specialized, Cannondale, Raleigh, Giant. All I can say is after trying a pinion gear with a belt drive I don't ever, ever want to see a derailleur again. Smoothest nicest ride I've ever had. If you don't own a priority bike give one a try you won't regret it.

Bike arrived when you said it would. Package was not damaged and the bike was well protected. It was easy to put together, and it is such a nice, well-built bike! Lighter than I realized and the belt drive is awesome! We will be ordering another one soon!

Love their bikes! Great quality. My only complaint - is they don’t carry any extra hardware. So if you lose a nut, or half moon for your dropout- you can’t get another. I also wish they had touch up paint or at least a paint number so you could order your own.
