SCAM
It is a total scam. They positioned themselves as top translation company with all that good marketing on their site; but in fact just using AI, asking you to check mistakes of their translation; no certificates of accuracy or translator; on Google maps - the company says it is temporarily closed.
The translator's name on my final translated document - "Smith Princess"; their manager - Navya Sompalli, their adress - 100 Church St, Tribeca, 8th Floor, Manhattan, New York, NY 10007 - there no such a company registered.
They took $200 for 4 pages with maximum 20 words on each. They have a terrible thick accent on the phone, and it is impossible to understand what they say, which should made me cautious immediately - but I was such on hurry and ignored all the red flags. I wish I could add screenshots of all of this.
