Once I reported the accident
Once I reported the accident, everything happened very quickly. The car was taken for repair and a hire car delivered. The repairs were quickly done and the car returned, followed by the hirr car being collected.

My insurance went up 40% this was changed to a 20% increase but I thought that was excessive. We have two car insurances and a home insurance policy with you. My husbands insurance went down I don’t understand why mine went up so much and his went down???

She was most carful and efficient but this week I received two letters from you addressed to the executor of John Bent’s estate so your systems are not connecting and I am beginning to wonder if I have done the right thing.
