Well trained and friendly staff

Nicely laid out store, bright and well designed. We knew what we wanted and soon found the right dinner set. Great prices as this is an outlet .

Service on this occasion was good, polite helpful staff who answered our queries confidently and thoroughly. I would add on a previous occasion we found staff disinterested ( ie applying lipstick at the counter ignoring customers and generally answering questions with just yes or no). So rather inconsistent in service levels. But on this occasion all good.

Staff helpful and knowledgeable

The staff were attentive and helpful.

The staff were very lovely and knowledgeable. A polite, young girl helped me find a suitable knife sharpener for myself today. However, there seemed to be a member of staff who looked like a higher up of some sort due to the clothes she was wearing, smart wear unlike other members of staff who were in their work uniform. She was talking in an extremely condescending and rude way to a gentleman who worked there which turned into a very heated conversation which made the atmosphere very intense and uncomfortable for everyone in there. I felt incredibly sorry for the gentleman being spoken to in such a disgraceful manner, whether it be on shop floor or behind closed doors it should not be happening. The shop and staff members here are always lovely but I find it extremely disappointing and a disgrace how someone can treat a human like that in general, let alone in a working environment. Absolutely dreadful manners and awful work ethic from higher ups!

I went to exchange two frying pans that had damaged bottoms and they just exchanged them

Good product but disappointed only sold in place settings. Wanted to add some separate items to match.
Poor service in shop due to shortage of staff. Two staff only and very long queues at till.

Shopping for pans for our new induction hob the assistant was very helpful, suggesting which ones to get and explaining how to use them. This was extremely helpful as we were unaware that specific pans were needed. They were also competitively priced.

Both sale associates were very helpful and the weekend offer of 20% off I ended up purchasing more than I went in for. Great discount. Overall experience was excellent.
