Great little non stick saucepan that was on sale too. Happy days.

clean and calming surroundings , no hassle from the staff who were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the product i was buying.

Excellent service from the colleagues. The shop had a wide range of cooking utensils and I was able to buy what I needed (plus some other impulse buys 😊)

Helpful and efficient.

Quality knife good edge, broad blade good to run against back of fingers whilst chopping. Yet to see how it sharpens on the wet stone as recently purchased.

Great customer service. The lady who helped us choose our new set of pans was great, she was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. We are very happy with our purchase and will be back for more

The staff were so helpful and friendly

This was my first visit to Pro Cook, and I was looking for some affordable kitchen items for a family member who enjoys cooking. I found several items that I have not seen in other cook shops and with competitive prices. The items in the shop look to be good quality.
The person who served me took care to wrap up a fragile item.

A great team in the Cardiff store , so very helpful. A huge range of kitchen products , spoilt for choice. Pay them a visit if you need new kitchen equipment .

Lovely shop with very helpful and polite service.

I purchased a set of knifes with supposedly a block to place them in as I don't like to see knifes on display . I had to go back to my car and the staff member had wrapped them up on my return to pay for them.
When I got home I found that I was given a magnetic block instead . I live a quite distance from the shop and going back was inconvenient at such a busy time of the year. The staff member did apologies but it cost me travel time and cost in fuel to return.
An offer of discount would have been appreciated .

Great range of goods and I was able to buy it all in one place. We got a steamer with two levels, a frying pan and a saucepan set. We’ve used them all and they are excellent to cook with and very easy to clean.
