I entered the Epsom store intending to…
I entered the Epsom store intending to purchase the Damascus 67, 8 inch chefs knife. The sales chap (unfortunately, didnt get his name) was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He offered to allow me to try out the knife and then demonstrated how to sharpen it on the whetstone. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was so impressed that I also bought the 5 inch Santoku knife to complete my set. The best part, it was 20% off day.

Brilliant customer service from a chap whose name has left my memory bank. That happens at my age! He was tall, dark and handsome with a beard. Anyhow I came in with my husband looking for cutlery and he helped with pricing and discounts and I also bought some lovely blue crockery. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Epsom
