The crockery was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It looks really attractive. The only thing that was a disappointment was the size of the plates and bowls: they are really big - unnecessarily big.

I visited the shop on Oxford twice in one day. The stainless steel casserole pot is excellent. The other visit, I purchased a handheld sieve and small round storage plastic pot. The storage pot of £6 was ruined when I tried to get the price label off - I ended up spreading the glue all around the outside of the container and it looks awful now. Perhaps use a different glue on your labels for plastics containers?

Website and store experience good
Identified which pans we needed on website. Went to store to check how they felt and looked. Bought there, and staff helped me to work out which set would give us what we wanted at a better price. Cardboard packaging no bigger than necessary to protect pans for cycle journey home. Pans working well on induction hobs.
