Very unique and useful products for my simulation experience and a perfect fit for my Honeycomb Bravo, Thanks Prodesjsim.

Nothing like it anywhere ! Perfect product.. it increase immersion and changes the whole sim experience. The shipping took some time but they were upfront about it ! definitely recommend

Bought the starter 737 modification kit from them and only when it arrived did I found out that that specific modification required another mod kit by honeycomb bravo. This requirement was only ever mentioned once in a sea of text and was easy to miss.

After receiving an immediate response from prodesksim about this, I then followed their return policy to apply for one, only to then get ghosted by them for 3 days and as of writing this, I am still counting.

As of writing this I am still waiting for a reply but im probably not going to even return it as I would have to pay the shipping fee again which is $45 dollars (so $80 wasted in shipping). Which in total would mean that I would only be getting $60 back.

as an alternative I would recommend going to WinWing or other alternative specialized throttle makers as they are similar in price and give far higher quality throttle quadrants for the price.

AWESOME Products! Purchased a few addons from Prodesksim. Not only they shipped sooner than the promised date, the quality was amazing! they really take the experience to another lever

Delivery time over 2 months, then a defect product was delivered.
So called support extremely rude, first seeks the problem at the customer.
After discussions a new part was shipped, but they wanted me to pay the toll fees and accused me that I was lying that these were payed by me - even though I could prove this with a receipt! Finally they payed, but the whole experience was terrible.

Negative reviews are deleted from their homepage by the Prodesksim Admin - dont trust the positive reviews there!!

To the product itself (B737 Lever Set)
Absolutely low product quality, cheaply made 3d prints, not even near to the real thing.
Stickers (that were initially damaged in the first delivery) start to peel of after a few days (!) of usage.
Absolutely not worth the money!

I ordered another product from this company 7 weeks ago. Dispatch was supposed to be between 3 and 5 weeks after ordering.

At week 5 I received an email to say that there had been a delay. No new time frame was offered.

I have now written to my his company FOUR TIMES regarding my order. I get an automated response saying that I should receive a response from the support team within 24 hours…. And then nothing!

Product quality (when the items eventually arrive) is good although installation instructions are non-existent. Users are directed to videos on their site which do not even come close to covering their full range of products.

Seeking help from customer service for installation issues is a waste of time in my experience. The attitude seems to be that they only manufacture the product and you should search the internet to find out how to install and set them up.

Be warned…. Dealing with this company is a deeply painful and frustrating experience.
