Beware- do not use this company at all costs! They use a delivery service which came to my house at the wrong day and delivered nothing.. creepy. And when they came on the right day the delivery person incessantly texted me that I have the "wrong address" expect, it wasn't wrong, he was right outside my apt but left with the flowers. And then when I complained, they offered to resend the order (the day after my anniversary) except it was a random cheap bouquet without the note! Truly awful, they are glorified scam artists.

Horrible quality
Review update:
Upon making my review ProFlowers reached out to me as soon as possible to provide a solution. ProFlowers has always provided immediate customer service response. They did go above and beyond and provided a full credit (I was only asking for the cost of the flowers, not the entire order). Also, just as importantly, they have promised to bring these complaints to the vendor this won’t be a continuing issue for customers. (I truly wish I had the option of posting photos here as the flowers look nothing like the photo I ordered from).
Updating to 4 stars for their quick response and making this right. Can’t do 5 stars due to the quality of the flowers and them looking nothing like I ordered.

Ordered flowers, vase and acrylic butterfly package for Mothers Day. Everything was delivered on the day that I wanted. My mother sent me daily photo updates of the blooms. Before half of the blooms came out, everything started dying. Looked absolutely nothing like the photo as promised on their website. Normally when I order from florists and there’s an issue with the bouquet, a replacement is immediately sent out. I reached out to ProFlowers and their immediate response was to offer me a $24.73 credit on an order that cost me $130. I relayed that was an unacceptable amount and the amount I expected to be reimbursed was the amount of the flowers (excluding the amount of the vase and butterfly since those arrived undamaged). They responded within a day and said they would be giving me an additional credit of $16.48. I then responded asking for the appropriate amount be credited for the value of the flowers and that credit was not the value of the flowers. I never received a response back and was basically blown off. Horrible quality and not getting a fair credit amount back, I will never be ordering from this company again. I wish I could post the photos on here of what I ordered vs. what I received as it would dissuade anyone from shopping here.
