Flowers looks like poor substitutions.

My aunt sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered. I realize they are not going to look exactly like the online picture however, there were the same colored roses instead two different colors. Appear to have one hydrangea used instead of two and filler flowers were used as substitute flowers.
They were delivered on time and she thought they were very pretty. I’m just a little picky since it was $100 bouquet.

OVER A DECADES WORTH OF SUCCESSES!

I’ve used Pro Flowers for at least a decade or more, about 8-10 times a year. They have a 98% success rate by my count in my relationship with them. While there have been a minuscule amount of errors — so few in fact that now I think there success rate is 98.8% — their successes have been NUMEROUS and TREMENDOUS! Phenomenally beautiful & colorful flowers & arrangements. I’m SO not a « flower guy, » but every recipient thanks me with wild & passionate enthusiasm. They are a « perfect 10 »
in any metric, any analysis, any comparison. Their the only flower delivering service I use, and that I’ll always use!

Absolute garbage My mother-in-law sent…

Absolute garbage My mother-in-law sent me peonies for my birthday they arrived a dead and unopened and only fell off the stem when I watered them.
Called proflowers who sent me another bouquet on a day that I said I wasn't going to be home.
Believe it or not this one was worse.
Rotting peonies and they were$12.50 per stem. This is supposed to be a floral delivery company.

This is honestly the worst flower…

This is honestly the worst flower delivery company I have ever dealt with. We ordered flowers for a very special occasion — to celebrate our friend’s newborn baby coming home from the hospital. We waited two days for the delivery, only to receive a message saying they “couldn’t deliver today due to high demand.” Seriously? They simply postponed it until the next day. By then, the special moment had already passed. Absolutely terrible service. I would never order from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.
