Quality is great. 4 stars only since transportation lost half my order and it took over a month to finally receivy desk. Customer service was great.

Great desk. It's quiet. The quality is overall very nice. If it wasn't for the slight damage on a small part of the frame (you can't really see the damage when the desk is fully assembled though), I would have given it 5 stars.

Really happy with the look of my new desk + it works like a dream. Super easy to install, quick delivery, and great communication with updates and emails.

Overall very happy with my purchase!

I only get the top of the desk so far and no other parts arrived yet. The customer service person has a good attitude, when I made the phone to track, However I still have not get the leg and other parts of the desk. The top of the desk has been lying on my living room for more than 1 week.

I was looking for a sit/stand desk that was sturdy enough to fit three monitors and was reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier with my Progressive Desk.

The website was great - I could choose what I wanted and see approximately how it would look. Lots of options to choose from. Nothing unexpected when it came to price.

It arrived within a couple of business days. Assembly was easy enough, although I'm just one person so it was a bit tricky getting the heavy desktop upstairs and maneuvering at times during the assembly. Instructions were straight forward.

The only negative - the control panel did not come with enough screws nor did it have any instructions. I didn't realize it had a spring to pop it in and out, so I didn't position it correctly. Also, it was not reliable and sometimes wouldn't work at all.

When I contacted Progressive, they responded quickly and were happy to send me a different type of control panel. This one works just fine.

So ultimately, it's great quality, easy enough to assemble, and the company has great customer service. I love my desk!

I have a pre hole drilled table top however i did not seem to get the bolts that screw into the table top i only got the ones that drill into the panel. so my desk top is unfastened to the tabletop

Mostly good, powerbar screws stripped when trying to install on underside of desk, even after I pre-drilled pilot holes for them.

My original negative review was for Autonomous not Progressive desk. Not sure how they got mixed. As far as progressive, I purchased 7 desks with them, nothing but a positive experience. Desks: Great, quality: Great and customer service was especially good. Would definitely recommend them over any other brand especially at their price point

Construction is Solid and it looks great.

The manufacturing (cuts/welds/paint/etc) of the stand part look good. Holes all lined up. It was easy to assemble.

The Electric Linear Actuators easily handle the weight of my heavy PC and monitor.

I was worried about CANPAR delivering due to reviews, but they delivered earlier than expected, the boxes were in perfect condition although travelling across the country. They even carried the heavy parts in my front door.

The packaging by Progressive of the parts was extreme, and everything was well protected.

I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Its Great, Use it to stand or sit. table looks good. Only wish there was a drawer for some things that came with it. But in all really good desk.

The desk is strong and well made. The customer service is excellent! They respond to any concerns or questions you have and make sure you have been helped and taken care of. I LOVE THIS DESK!!!!

One side note: If you do order a desk (and you should) I would order directly from Progressive Desk. I ordered from Amazon and both items I ordered had missing items that did not get delivered. However, speaking with Progressive Desk Customer service help straighten out everything and made sure everything was corrected. Thank you Progressive Desk!

This company has an amazing product. These desks are built like tanks. We are using one in a workshop due to it being such a stable and solid unit. We couldn't be happier. You can tell the components have been CNC machined as well - everything fits and lines up perfectly during assembly. We had a minor problem with an electronic component failing. but it was resolved hassle-free and very quickly by the Progressive service team. The desk cost a little more than we might have spent on competitors' products, but we were rewarded with a desk I have no doubt we'll be still using and thrilled with 10 years from now.

Excellent service, timely response and suggestions to resolve shipment issues.
Products are easy to assemble, using it for a month now.

Customer service is hard to reach. Email replies take time. But their responses are excellents. So the support is excellent, when you got it.

Also, please stop using Canpar as a shipping provider... I read a lot on bad experiences with damaged tabletops. Mine was correct, but the box was all broken. By luck the tabletop was not reached because you well packaged it.
