Very poor customer service, I was put on hold for failed ID check due to their own poor software, and support takes ages to respond, and when they do, it is the same automated response from them, with the vague reasoning and no sort of clarity from them at all.

I'm not getting studies, so the experience is negative.

I love Prolific because they are the best paying survey sight out there! They're simply the best!

This is a really good company to earn money with.
The only problem with the company is they were or are unable to hire enough people to screen low paying surveys out because of the questions about higher education research in the US.

prolific is a great platform with interesting and easy-to-complete studies. The surveys are enjoyable, the instructions are clear, and payments are always reliable. It's one of the best research platforms I've used, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to participate in online studies.

Since I've started using this site It's only been a good user experience even if you have any complaint's everything gets attended to very quickly. The payment offered on this site is really fair to the time being required, overall I love this website and the fact that with the different studies i get to learn a lot about different countries and their ways also getting exposed to different researches being conducted.

The platform is user friendly with participates who are serious about helping academics and other professionals get the information they need for their research. Payments are made to your account during the closing dates posted.

Really interesting studies and surveys, you get to choose which ones to participate in and get paid very reasonable rates for time spent completing tasks.

Easy User experience

THE SURVEYS ARE VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE ARE A VAST AMOUNT OF CATEGORIES TO CHOOSE FROM. THE SITE IS IN AN EASY TO USE FORMAT. IT'S FUN AND YOU GET REWARDED FOR YOU TIME.

The surveys are not difficult. There is almost always a study or two available. I like that you still get a few cents even if you don't qualify. Payment was prompt and accurate. Would recommend.

I love Prolific. No one can change my mind about it. It's the best platform to earn money online. I've been using it for 5 years, and it's been wonderful! Also it's amazing how the payments arrive super fast.

It is not bad so far, but I have had to reverify my ID and be onboarded 3 TIMES. I will be still logged in, and can see a balance in my account, and that I have a message, but the website won't let me do ANYTHING except do the onboarding and ID verification over and over. There Chat help bot says they have to do random checks for security, but TWICE in a month? Come on. It is very tiresome. We'll see if it worth all of the effort.

You can make a lot of pocket cash out of this website if you are honest and dont lie! very nice UI, and helpful employees.

Awesome for about a decade. Now it's clear to anyone with eyeballs and a search engine that scripted "grabbers" and scammers are wrecking the place--Prolific's response on Reddit is basically LOL no cos we forbid that--and today absolutely everything is broken. They congratulate themselves on yet another Reddit thread that it's all fixed.

You basically decided F our long term users with good records: let's let all the scammers in! And then to pretend like you did not do that. And have fixed the ongoing issues.

User experience

i am both a arabic and english speaker ( my mother tongue is arabic) it does help to know languages and be diverse with your skills with this platform and thus far i get about a dollar per survey sometimes i get 3 depending on my luck tbh i was hesitant at the start but once money started flowing in it started to look legit highly recommend and if i dont receive my money ill edit this review
