Arranged Sunday cleaning visit and was very happy with results. Simon the cleaning operative was excellent and did great job.

I had a mice problem in my house and unfortunately they got into my sofas. I contacted Prolux Cleaning via their website and got a call back immediately and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Everyone, from the person who talked to me on the phone to the team member who came to the house to clean the sofas, was very polite and answered all my questions clearly. The service was excellent, my sofas are now clean and smelling nice again, and they were even able to remove some old stains. Pricing was also reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future.

The office were very helpful fitting us in at short notice. It was nice that the advertised price was exactly what they charged me. No hidden extras. The technician was very polite and tidy. He worked quickly and did a good job. Had I known before it was this easy to get the carpets cleaned I would have done it much sooner.

The company offered a prompt cost effective service. The technician ( my apologies but I’ve forgotten his name) was prompt, polite and carried out the cleaning with minimal disruption leaving the carpets in a much improved state with no residual smells! ! ( we have just moved and the carpets appeared not to have been cleaned in years. The smell of cat was strong) . Highly recommend

Excellent job done by Victor from Prolux. He really tried hard to remove stubborn dirt from our carpets. I totally recommend this company, they have been really easy to deal with end to end.

I arranged for the Alcantara upholstery to be cleaned on a secondhand car I purchased. There were water marks and spot stains throughout, as well as a large patch in the boot.

Tisho was amazing - he did a great job! The upholstery looks like new and the stain in the boot has completely gone, he even gave the matts a clean!

Service was quick to arrange and really good value, esp considering that they come to you to carry out the cleaning.
