Ordered few work clothes and after more than week driver "tried to deliver", no items ever was tried to delivered and seller messaged that they will try re-deliver items but havent heard from them more than 3 weeks, no one answers on emails about refund or delivery! Lost time and money!

Accidentally stumbled across this company when looking for workwear. I am so glad I did, the range is extensive and the quality and longevity of the clothing is something you will not be disappointed in. Delivery was very fast. I was looking for PPE that was outside the norm. I ordered late in the day. The goods turned up next day at the correct delivery address. The sizing was exactly as described and fits perfectly. The quality appears to be good, especially for the cost.

The gloves arrived late. There was a slight mistake in the address. It was nobody’s fault. I cannot discredit the company.

After waiting the 5 working days for the item to come, I contacted them and asked where is my package. They responded “we will check with the courier” It took an another week for the item to arrive. Very poor and poor customer service. I won’t be using again

The hi viz all in one winter/waterproof suit is worth buying no issues with quality to date.

Firstly, Shame the XL size did not come with a inside leg choice so it’s 2inch to long
Secondly, the choice to use DPD is not a good one as they look for a reason not to deliver, my road was blocked by TV crew so instead of walking the driver took a picture and said he could not deliver he also took a picture of my front gates on his first attempt and said no access (helps if you press the button labeled call, this is for my intercom! So I can let you in) this meant I had to stay in for x2 Saturdays in a row meaning my one day off was wasted waiting for the delivery.

I ordered two items, the delivery wasn’t the fastest but alright. At first their customer service was responsive and professional. But when I received my order, one of the items turned out to be sent in a wrong size I contacted their customer support several times to get the RMA to return that item with no response. Even tried their contact form on their website with no luck. Hopefully they will contact me soon.

Quality of products and timeliness of delivery OK.
There was a problem with packing - the parcel had a large slit (caused by something sharp). I would like to order again, but I am hesitant.

Very pleased with the product. Was a good price and delivered promptly.

Supplied a pair of tent pole ends for my old ridge tent. Saved a still useable tent from the bin. Parts were well made, fitted perfectly and were very good value. Excellent service, will use again if I need to.
