Property 118 site provides continual updates on legislation changes and gives Landlords a forum to ask for help and advice from other landlords who have experienced similar issues.

I find Property118 very useful to receive each day as it lists a no of salient topics that are very useful to a Landlord like myself. There is also a chat room with many well thought out comments which can be useful to read.

I find it incredibly useful to get access to a variety of very experience landlords that have been been there and done it.
Also nice to know you are not alone out there.

This company does a very good job keeping landlords up-to-date with legislative changes in the housing sector.
It also provides landlords with valuable insights into how to best manage their portfolios. The people who contribute have the benefit of vast experience.
Landlords are able to ask questions on the forum and get advice from other landlords with relevant experience.
At a time when landlords are under constant assault from the UK Government, this website is a crucial ally. I wish that more people would speak up for landlords and do so more loudly, as all too often the narrative is dominated by those who represent tenants.
Landlords play a crucial role in providing homes for people to live in so that they can go to work and contribute to the economy. This simple fact is overlooked, but unsurprisingly so, as our country and society is dominated by socialist ideology.

I like the articles they produce as interesting and informative. I also like the range of viewers comments on those articles and the ability to comment myself.

Property118 is my go to when I have a query. Not only is it great to be in touch with and hear about other landlords problems, but also the solutions. Being a landlord can be a lonely occupation, but with property118 I don’t feel alone.

Property 118 are specialists in all aspects of landlord support. They assisted us with the incorporation in 2022 and legacy planning as well as supported us after incorporation, answering questions and giving advice. What I also like is that they have a network of other experts in property e.g. accountants who we now use. All in all, very positive experience.

Property 118 and Cotswold Barristers have the widest professional knowledge in the Industry. They tailor their advice to your personal circumstances and they are always available to share their insight, their knowledge, their experience and their wisdom. You feel safe because they are there when you need them and they respond when you ask them. And even when the system is challenged or the advice is questioned they remain confident of their position and they are prepared to go above and beyond to support their clients. If only more people in the Industry had the integrity and the commitment and the dedication of Mark Alexander and Mark Smith. Great respect for them both

Property118 is a great source of information for landlords on the widest range of topics relevant to us. It also allows landlords to share their experiences and knowledge. It is my go to when I want to know what's new in the private rented sector and how I might deal with issues that come up.

Property118 is a good resource to find out and have a bit of a say about some of the things happening in the rental market for landlords. I often find reviews very one sided in the press, and if your a landlord you will understand this, but it's good to log on now and again to find out some of the trials and tribulations fellow good landlords deal with and what they do about them. There are also some good links to landlord resources, and it's hard to sort the wheat from the chaff sometimes on the net, so although it's not full proof, it's a decent place to look for stuff you may need as a landlord.

I like this site, it gives a chance for like minded professionals to discuss common problems and upcomming events. It is good to have access to a higher quality forum rather than getting mired in the nonsense and bots that exists on other platforms.

I’ve subscribed to Property 118 for a few years now since 2021. I find the content invaluable helping inform me as a landlord. The daily content is great and better than anything else out there for landlords in my opinion. You get good chats and feedback from more experienced landlords. Less experienced landlords often canvass opinion which is of great benefit.
