Always useful articles and very professional

I get the weekly roundup of features and usually read about half. There is usually something worth seeing and the comments are usually of good quality. There are some very experienced people who post comments. I had a problem with my login recently and a real live human solved it!

I contacted Property118 with a question related to there published White Paper.
My question was not published as it was not of general interest but Mark Alexander contacted me personally several times to help me. He did this although it was of no personal advantage to himself. What fantastic service to another landlord.
