Great to have in background when our sale stalled. They kept in touch without any pressure.

Joe was very helpful, unfortunately we didn’t manage to sell but the customer service was very good.

WARNING. If you want to accept an offer nearly £100k below the current property value (which we didn’t mind) never speak to the same person twice and about a week before you complete be phoned by the office junior and told that they didn’t want to buy your home any more. Everything packed with numerous trips to the tip and charity shops and a very difficult phone call to the agent selling the property that we wanted for a lovely lady and that was the end of negotiations. They don’t give a toss about you. I’m thinking of billing them for expenses and will be putting our house on the market with an estate agent which we should have done in the first place. A complete waist of time and a bunch of wasters. Be warned at your expense.

Back in April I agreed a price for a property. Time went on and then 2 valuers came out to the property. Then followed by a surveyor. This was now into June. The completion date which was set by the company was end of may. Then I get the phone call saying that the valuation has been reduced so therefore they also lowered the price for property involved. As only pay 85% of full valuation. Which by this time I really needed to sell due to situation I was in. It is now 15th July and everything is just completed now. Don’t find it been very quick. Plus when found out the property is now up for sale at more than £35k than I got for it. Just makes me feel like been scammed. Website states can be done in 7 days. I don’t think this could ever happen. Plus they invite you to do a review and get £25 Amazon voucher. But probably a review they are happy with.

To cut a long story short, they love bomb you with how much they want your property, give you an offer which you accept, then they send in two valuers who report back and tell you your property is a dump, (even though it had been fully refurbished a few years ago) then they send in the surveyor, make you dangle for a bit then come back with an under offer so ridiculous you want to laugh. Bunch of clowns. Stay Clear. AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.

Mr George Duncan at Property Purchases was excellent in his efforts to try to help and advise me regarding the sale of my property.

George advised me about the possibility of a UM clause in the agreement with HBF which I was signing. George did not try to dissuade me, but explained the implications for possibly agreeing a unilateral notice at HMLR. Because of George's knowledge, i researched the full meaning of the UM for clarity. Fortunately I was still able to cancel the agreement as it could have led to disaster for my personal situation.

George followed up with several calls, was always interested in my progress and not at all aggressive to get my business. I would have most certainly proceeded to obtaining a sales contract with Property Purchasing if I hadn't suddenly needed a place to live. (My shared rented flat is suddenly going to be sold as the owner has passed away, so I needed to relocate to my own flat instead of selling it.).

George was genuinely concerned and knowledgeable. I would like to keep his details for the future and for recommendation of his Company, who apparently buy the properties direct without middle men.

Very friendly very informative no pressure no hassling you. It is what it is do you want a quick sale lower than putting it on the market. Ideal for the right person, so people walking round your home no having to walk the dogs whilst they are there constantly hoovering. No estate agents fee and their solicitor is free or £500 towards yr own. Amazing if you prepared to take a lower offer but service was excellent and as I say no pressure very understanding of your own circumstances.

Given the negative attitudes regarding entering into this type of venture I was pleasantly surprised with the service and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

I was particularly impressed by Jesse Philpot and Olivia Gravette who advised and assisted me during the process.

Both I found be professional, courteous and understanding.

Do not be put off from looking into the venture you will be pleasantly surprised.

What an absolutely brilliant experience I have received from this company so far. Shelley Hynes is such a lovely person. Nothing is too much trouble for Shelley. Any areas I need advice on with the process of selling my property, Shelley has answered immediately and is extremely knowledgeable. Relatively good experience and as expected they want to drive a very hard bargain.
Charles the negotiator was tenacious and like dog with a bone. He was not going to let me get away without a deal.
Bit disappointed with offers on two of the three properties and reserve judgement on the delayed sale on the third property. However, this was exactly what I expected. Was much like we buy any car.com. Initial offer never matches final offer.
Hey ho it gets them off my hands and gives a little less stress in my life.
Really did not expect to get back anything near what they were worth and was correct about that.

The team was professional and friendly. George and Olivia were very helpful and updating me regularly. Also I did not use their service on this occasion but I was impressed by them. I will definitely consider using them in future if my circumstances changes.

0 Stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST THEM. A complete scam. They gave me the run around for a month. Looking at their accounts on companies house, they didn't even have the money with all their loans to buy my house in cash. Their company was only formed in 2019. The people involved have opened and dissolved various companies over the last few years, red flag! They offered one price and a tried to lower it again thinking I was desperate. They're dishonest play is to get people's property off the market to make them desperate and then lower the price again whilst they've made you take it off the market the whole time and not get genuine buyers. Should be illegal. Taking advantage of lots of people I imagine. Nothing fast about them they draw it out to knock you down. DO NOT TRUST THEM
